This place is amazing! The backyard is HUGE and the hot tub was a great addition. Plenty of towels as well. Would stay here again!

The house is spacious, relaxing and easy to navigate. Instructions on how to operate anything and expectations were well done. Cat had to hire other cleaners due to her being out of town and they did not do a great job making the house ready for a new renters eg... dirty towels, very little toilet paper, no plug for the tub and dishwasher full of dirty dishes. However when I contacted Cat, she immediately responded and provided solutions and answers to rectify all issues. Once resolved we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to rent the house again the next time I return to the Sand Springs area.

This place is so cute! It looks just as great in person as it does in the photos. Very comfy, clean, and easy to get to. If you are looking for a place to stay near Keystone Lake, you won’t be disappointed with The Guesthouse. We would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing us with all the details we needed for a smooth check-in. The space was immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Kelly even had a few little snacks available for the kids. The location was ideal – a golf cart ride away from the lake. We truly felt at home and can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience

Couldn’t ask for more at this place. It was comfy, cozy, private and clean. Sunrise on the deck wouldn’t have been amazing, but the bed was too comfy.
