Had a wonderful time, the property was in fantastic condition and is exactly as depicted and described. The property is close to a number of restaurants within walking distance and steps from the beach. My Wife loved the roof deck with it's beautiful views and plenty of sun and shade. Downtown St. Augustine is a short car ride away with much to do and see. Thank You Folks!

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Place was cozy, crescent beach was a short walk. Across the main road but there is a cross-walk. The beach sand was nicer than st-Augustine and less packed. Great location to walk over and watch the sunrise. 904 fusion is a nice little local restaurant with live music and we walked so we could enjoy a few drinks. St-Augustine is a 10-min drive and Daytona Beach is about an hour South - very scenic drive along the coast

The apartment was very clean and a perfect size for us. We love that it’s a few minutes walk to the beach as well as a few great spots to eat. The area is quiet even though it’s close to A1A. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very nice stay. The condo was as pictured. I love that there is a full kitchen and a guest bathroom. Underground parking is included and I felt safe during my stay. There were no issues with noise. The WiFi worked great for those that may need to work. The host communicated great and I would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect. Just back enough that street sounds were muffled and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Though we did take a short uber to the Ice Plant Bar due to rain😉 We enjoyed laying in bed with the terrace doors open listening to the birds and church bells wake the historic downtown.

Have already booked another stay with Kara. Love the location, the apartment, the amenities. Nice to have a TV that doesn't require me to bring services that I don't have in order to watch news, movies, etc. Extremely responsive host, very welcoming !!

Very nice place, clean and spacious. The decor had lots of creativity and seemed very heart felt. Parking wasn’t the most ideal, but still manageable. I would utilize again! The kitchen was supplied very well, nothing worse when you want to cook and missing standard items, the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a great place!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short drive to the beach, as recommended by the host. It’s only 15 minutes to the historic center of St. Augustine and just a 3-minute walk to Dixie Supermarket, which was super convenient. We especially loved the outdoor shower option—very handy after the beach. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Andrés's place is excellent! The view is unbeatable. Andrés is a great host too. He's proactive and responsive. We've visited twice and would go back!

Apartment was everything that you need with a comfortable bed with great shower. Only around 15 to 20 Minutes Drive to Downtown Historic St. Augustine. Many Restaurants and gas station near by. We stay for only couple of nights but we would come back to stay if we come back in area. Host was very responsive.

Vagabond’s House was the perfect location for a girl’s trip for my Birthday. It’s very convenient to downtown St. Augustine and it’s a short walk to the beach. My friend and I loved all the turquoise touches and the unique collectibles and decor. The tropical landscaping with beautiful plants, flowers, and whimsical garden art made it all the more special. This house has been well loved and cherished.

Excellent host super friendly safe clean place knowledgeable about the area could not recommend more you will be happy with your stay here.

What a great place!! So cute and I love that it felt like someone’s home. We’ve stayed in an Airbnb that felt very corporate like a hotel. This had so many extras that made it feel like home! The goodie basket and bottle of wine in the fridge for our anniversary was perfect! Communication was quick and so friendly! Highly recommend!

The place was as noted in the description right next to a busy road and below other units on an upper floor. We didn’t find the noise from the road a problem but did find the noise from the upstairs occupants woke us up each night. That being said each of these things were made clear prior to booking and we felt like the price of the stay was worth it. The host was great and even let us borrow some very nice beach chairs during our stay. It took about 10-15 minutes to drive to historic downtown St. Augustine but was just a few minutes walk to the beach!

As expected- consistent with the post. Only issue was the beach code provided had expired, so it was an adventure getting back on the property. Other than that, the condo was as described. The entire property is older but the unit was updated. Would recommend for convenience and affordable larger space.

Absolutely a five star rental . We will return. Do keep in mind that this is a gated community and guests must have a pass to enter. Brianna was on top of allowing us to have visits from our family .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ned And Glenna’s charming accommodations. It’s in a beautiful historic area, and it’s close to many attractions, and is exactly as portrayed on Airbnb. It was also a pleasure to meet Ned and Glenna, and they could not have been more responsive, welcoming, and hospitable. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Saint Augustine.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

The home was beautifully updated, immaculate, and very comfortable. The bathroom was great, the kitchen very nice and nicely appointed, the two bedrooms very clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice feature. The front bedroom window is subject to traffic and nearby train noise, and not well shielded from outside lights, though the back bedroom has more effective curtains to keep it dark through the night and in the morning, and is much quieter. Huyen was amazingly responsive at all stages, including booking, prior to our stay, and during our stay there. She was an exceptional host.

Paulo responded to communications right away. Was a very accommodating host. His place was exactly as advertised and I will stay again if in the area.

After our Airbnb was cancelled the day we planned on leaving. Jenny @ Ania saved the day by providing us a quick booking, responsiveness and empathy towards our situation and extremely friendly and easy check in process after we arrived late. One of my favorite things was how secure the property was. It is a perfect stay for those who want Daytona but a more classy vibe!
