Ira’s cottage was lovely! The view was so beautiful from every window, amazing sunset color, crashing waves over the sea stacks, truly special! The cottage had everything we needed for a fabulous stay! We enjoyed cooking meals and sitting at the table soaking in the view. It was great having two bedrooms and 2 baths, one for each of us which made getting up and out early to hikes so easy. The location was perfect to easily get to stunning redwood hikes, kayaking, restaurants and grocery store. The best thing of all was the easy access to the beach and long walks along the water and the tide pools just soaking in the beauty of this magnificent wild coast! Thank you Ira!

It was a beautiful place to stay and Sebastian was extremely helpful during our stay! Definitely will have to come back another time!

My only complaint was the weather but it’s the Oregon coast so it’s always a gamble ;) but that said I think this was by far my favorite Oregon coast trip the family and I have taken. The house and all its amenities and the location was absolutely amazing! Clare was so helpful too. A week wasn’t long enough to be honest. Don’t think twice about renting!!

Absolutely PERFECT!!! We brought our kids for The Redwood forest. This home was just fabulous with extras along the way! Coffee and creamer, plenty of blankets and extra bedding, so extremely clean! Shampoo, conditioner to laundry soap ect. Kitchen had all cooking supplies. The hot tub was fabulous and the views!!!! Very private home. And So super close to the casino. Definitely highly recommend for a beach home 10/10!!!!

This place is beautiful. The kitchen had an amazing view. The bathroom in the master was bathroom goals/dreams. Overlooking the ocean. The walk down to the beach is a little steep but doable. Couple hike within a short drive. Overall would book again. Lots of bathrooms and places to sleep.

Wow! Nick's home is the quintessential Grandma beach cabin, right down to the pink bathroom. While it is frozen in time, it is very clean, the beds and linens were wonderful, appliances new, well stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a great stay! It was so quaint, quiet, comfy, and that VIEW of the ocean - doesn't get any better. The lovely seating area in the dining room nook is the place to drink your morning beverage and wake up. The whole cottage is filled with family memories and treasures - you can feel the love and the many memories Nick's family has shared over the years. Great spot for exploring the Redwoods over the week we were there, and also worked remotely - great wi-fi!!!! Thank you again, Nick, for sharing your special home!

This is our second time staying. Never disappoints. Beautiful ocean views, comfy beds, relaxing hot tub and extremely welcoming host! Love this home away from home!

We stayed at Alexander’s place while we were getting married along with our small wedding party. We received a prompt response to questions before we arrived and he was proactive on potential problems which did not become problems at all. The home is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would choose this home in the future to stay in Brookings with a group of family and friends. Our next stay we would love to have the time to use the hot tub and enjoy the beautiful backyard.

The Ugly Marlin was stunning! It was exactly how it was described and even more. The location is perfect. We were is a small city with all the things we needed but so close to all the amazing Redwood sites. The view from the kitchen could not be beat. The home was stocked with everything you would need and it was so clean. We were so sad to leave! We will be back one day!

Comfortable and convenient if you're in town to enjoy the beach and the redwoods. Katelyn was always responsive and helpful. We'll be back!

The location is in south Brookings and very close to the beach. It’s a short drive into the business district in Brookings. The residential area is very quiet with only locals using the area. The walk to the beach is very easy and while i was there it was seldom used by others. The house is large enough for a few couples or a family. It’s all on one level.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelican. It was fabulous to have the ocean views and being able to walk down to the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were three bedrooms; the master was large with its own bathroom and a king size bed, one room with two double size beds and the other room with a queen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. We watched movies on the large screen TVs. Hikes in the nearby Redwood state and national parks were closeby. The nearby towns had the groceries and restaurants we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.

Cute, clean and cozy! Jack n Jill bedrooms with bathroom in between. Comfy beds. Nice kitchen with enough plates, forks, spoons, etc. Each bedroom and living room with a TV. Easy check out instructions. I texted Shelly and she responded within minutes. Very nice person! Walked to restaurants and lighthouse area. Hated to leave this place.

Wonderful, family friendly. Hot tub big plus on the colder days to relax in at night. Conveniently located. Master bed was very comfortable! Kids loved the close walk to the beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was really close and beautiful, and uncrowded . The house has been well maintained and has had loads of extra spaces added. We used their grill which worked great, enjoyed their fireplace and the kids loved the game room. Super convenient to use the garage door for loading and unloading. Lots of parking places and really reasonable pricing! Thanks for the great memories!

Can’t thank Amy enough for the amazing stay! It was perfectly located to all the trails that we wanted to do and when it came time to resting we were able to do that in her wonderful home. One thing that stood out was all the extra ammunition this place offered. Luckily we did not forget any toothbrushes or paste but if we clear they had some already in stock in the bathrooms. It is all the small details that make this place perfect and we are already talking about returning during the summer!

Great location 2 mins from pebble beach! House was well stocked with everything we needed master bath sauna worked perfectly!! Quiet neighborhood on a clear night you can hear the waves crashing! The house is clean and well maintained. Had a great stay at the local’s place! Would stay again next time we go to crescent city!

The place was great and we would stay here again! Fenced yard was great for our dog and covered parking was fantastic during a few storms. The house was as the pictures showed and had everything inside we needed.

Amy’s place was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. It had everything we needed, allowing us to settle in effortlessly and unwind from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

You cannot beat the views!!! Our group of 9 stayed for 2 nights over spring break, and even though it was rainy most of the time, it was a stunning location. I can only imagine how fabulous the deck is in the summer! The rooms were large and spacious, had all the amenities we needed, and then some! Shawn was an extremely gracious host, gave very detailed instructions for check in, and provided us with LOADS of great info of things to do and see in the area, which we really appreciated since it was our first time in the Redwoods. He always responded quickly to our messages and was so accomodating to our needs. Highly recommend this home!

One the greatest Airbnb stays we’ve had. The hosts were incredibly nice and attentive. The views are AMAZING. House was very clean and a good location. Can’t wait to come back.

The views were absolutely spectacular! We loved every minute of being in this beautiful home as are eyes were always drawn to the see. We didn’t feel pressure to find things to do as the beach is accessible after a short walk and we loved exploring the tide pools. Wonderful place to spend a week and we hope to again soon.
