What at Wonderful place to stay!! Everything was terrific! The View is just beautiful and you get to watch the sun set on the ocean from the full wall of windows or from the hot tub. I cant wait to go back.

This is a beautiful and very clean home. I would guess that it’s the nicest neighborhood in the entire city.

Loved the location, so close to the ocean, beaches and tide pools. The hot tub provided a perfect way to unwind. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Joyce was a great host!

Was very lovely place. Cozy yet had plenty of room for everyone. Kids and adults enjoyed the occasional game of Pac-Man. Was very close to some tide pools and minutes away from Crescent city beach, where were found so many treasures! It was nice to have a place with a private backyard to go hangout in and cook some burgers after a day of hiking in the Redwoods. We enjoyed a good variety of activities all within 30 minutes or less of our location. It was a bonus to have a grocery store within walking distance so we could easily prepare meals and pack lunches for the day. Marshawn was a great host with his e-guide for the house and area and was quick to respond to any questions. I give it a 10 out of 10!

You cannot beat the views!!! Our group of 9 stayed for 2 nights over spring break, and even though it was rainy most of the time, it was a stunning location. I can only imagine how fabulous the deck is in the summer! The rooms were large and spacious, had all the amenities we needed, and then some! Shawn was an extremely gracious host, gave very detailed instructions for check in, and provided us with LOADS of great info of things to do and see in the area, which we really appreciated since it was our first time in the Redwoods. He always responded quickly to our messages and was so accomodating to our needs. Highly recommend this home!

House was exactly as pictured and very comfortable and cleaned. Both Jim and Tenea were welcoming and friendly. Definitely will book again!

My family of 5 had a lovely stay at the Swell House. It was a perfect location, close to Harris Beach, and the bike path. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Ryan & Jessica were great hosts and the home itself was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you!!

What a beautiful and inviting home…and those views! The house was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if ever were in the area. Lori was so responsive when questions did arise.

We were looking for a location near the beach, within walking distance and this spot was perfect. Our side window looked directly over the ocean. Heaven! I loved all the little things Susan did to make us feel at home. At check in we had bananas, granola bars, microwave popcorn and coffee available. Inside our unit she had pancake mix, syrup, coffee and tea available. We felt like we stepped back in time with what appeared to be a former motel turned into individual rental units fully equipped with a kitchenette and back porch. Susan’s detail to lovely decor similar to my mom’s 70’s home was endearing. If you’re not looking for glammer and glitz but a comfortable, affordable beach front stay, this is a perfect spot.

Sea Escape is an amazing experience at an incredible price! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are high quality, the shower is clean and very efficient, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The best part of all is the easy and quick access to a wonderful beach that is pristine and where you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. I am very pleased with my experience and I plan to return! Brent

We absolutely love the Sea Escape. we have returned many times, and have never been disappointed. This time we rented all 6 rooms to host family members to stay at for a destination wedding in the Redwoods. We had group meals at the picnic tables, with food cooked on the grills and in the rooms. We had all the cooking equipment, plates and silverware necessary for these meals. Susan was gracious, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back, as will our family members. This little gem is not fancy, but it is always clean, quiet, and welcoming. you can't beat the view, the beach access, and the proximity to the big trees.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The highlights were the sunsets on the porch, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, and walking down to the beach from the property. Hands down one of the best vacation experiences ever!
