The condo is absolutely beautiful and the resort amenities are fabulous! Lisa is a very communicative host who provided great instructions for checking in and getting the most out of the stay. I would absolutely rent with her again!

Great place! We stayed with our kiddos and it was great. The pool is right outside and the beach is a short walk away. House has chairs, sand toys, grill, beach wagon to use. Didn’t know they had this out there is a pack n play and high chair which is great for littles. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. Just need to bring food and condiments/seasonings. Towels were available for pool/beach and house use which is a great space saver for travel. Washer/dryer on site is essential and great! Beds were all comfty with two baths which is great. One with a bath/shower combo. House is locked by a code which is amazing convenience to not have to carry a key around. House is in a great location within walking distance to Alys beach and close to seaside. House is super cute and comfty in a quaint little neighborhood of cottages and a few houses. Access to beach across road is clean and not too far of a walk. Would definitely stay again

Our trip with my daughters and mom started out rocky with car troubles, but staying here more than made up for it. Marisa was an amazing host. The girls loved the pool. The place was beautifully decorated while also being comfortable! Would stay here again!

The location is very convenient to the beach and the included bikes and beach gear were extremely valuable. Courtney was a great host!

We stayed at the cottage for my friends bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group! From the bikes, to the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and adorable back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond and answer any questions. I would stay here again! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Lovely little cottage!

My friends and I had a great stay at Jason’s place! We had so much fun around 30A and it was the perfect size little house for four people.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

we will be back, it was a great relaxing place to spend a week. Great pool and the Tiki bar was a plus. Cleanest condo I have ever rented and quiet. Maureen checked in with us 2 or 3 times and suggested a nice local restaurant for the 1st night we were there, also suggested things to do on the day it rained. Wondefuil host

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

Very responsive host, the house was very clean and walkable to everything we needed!

First of all, we have stayed at several different rentals in the greater Pensacola area for the last 3 years, and this was the first one that has realistically and accurately described their space and location on their listing. Kudos! Prior to that we lived in Pensacola on the west side for over 15 years so we know the area well. We were able to have all of our children and their families over to celebrate a late Christmas and there was plenty of room. Please know that we will most likely book again because it fit our needs and was a good value. Thanks bunches!

Loved everything about Amy's place. So cute, comfortable & clean. Everything we needed for 2 of us and our pup.. Amy was extremely helpful and responding quickly to all my questions. The location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, beach, farmers market. We really enjoyed the outdoor live music, food & drinks right at the end of the street. We loved Rosemary Beach and will definitely make it a point to stay at Amy's again.

I highly recommend staying here! It’s a block away from a playground with a few restaurants within walking distance. It is centrally located and is only a few miles from the airport. The owners couldn’t be nicer! They were extremely responsive to the few questions we had. We had a wonderful stay in this home and would come back again in the future!

Steve and Tara’s place was adorable and perfect!!!!! The house had all the amenities you would need or want! The view out by the water was spectacular!!! Steve gave us ideas of places to eat, visit and dog friendly parks to take Gus too!!! Gus had a blast and met many friends!!! (And loved Steve and Tara’s dog Cooper who greeted us as soon as we pulled in!!! Highly recommend this place!! Hope to come back someday soon!!!!

Julie’s house is just as described…”Just Darling”. It was immaculate and clean, cozy beds and sheets, everything we needed. We liked the neighborhood feel especially coming back to a quiet home after crazy, busy visits to Rosemary and Alys Beaches and a drive up to Destin during a busy holiday week. Our dog loved it so much, she didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a cozy home with a classy beach feel. We also loved the little porch in the back. Sugar loved the new smells out there. We’d love to return if we get up that way again!

I had a wonderful stay at Todd’s Airbnb! The space is very comfortable and cozy, and the location is perfect. Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

This place was beautiful! It was very clean and was comforting staying there. The area was also very nice. I definitely recommend this place to stay at. Amazing art and a nice modern vibe. 100% will be staying here if i’m looking for an air bnb in the pensacola!

P’s Paradise is accommodating. The location has many resources within a short distant. The house is stocked with many supplies! Basically Everything you may need or use in the kitchen is available. The other supplies include your basic bathroom supplies …even hairdryers! Along with cleaning supplies including laundry soap, dish soap, etc. The house was spacious for our family! The yard was perfect, its fenced in and we occupied it on sunny days ( good shade) and even in the rare occurrence of the snow days. We also enjoyed the inclosed porch( very peaceful). The location is perfect , especially if you’re looking to enjoy both attractions in Florida and Alabama. Elaine is a fantastic host! Very kindhearted. With any questions I had, Elaine was quick to respond.

I don't usually write reviews unless a place is really bad or really good and Shelly's place is really good! Perfectly situated just over a block from the beach and and equipped with everything you will need while there with a neat little cart to put it in. Loved the courtyard with plenty of furniture, grill & outdoor shower and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Claudia’s place. It really is the perfect little cottage at the beach. We were so close to the beach access and had the perfect space to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Claudia was such a great host and made our stay so comfortable. Location, location, location! This house is nestled in a quaint and charming neighborhood; close to grocers, shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Most important, the house is a very short walk to the beach which was super convenient for our large group. Beach towels, chairs and sand toys are plentiful. We traveled with 8 adults, 2 tots and 1 infant and didn’t feel cramped in this house at all. The bedrooms are all separated by a bathroom which made them all feel more private. Each bedroom has a king size bed and the bunk room has full size beds which was great for my adult kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities needed for cooking-we especially took advantage of the crockpot and grill for family dinners. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and basic supplies. We loved soaking up the morning sun with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs. Susan is a great host and very accommodating and responsive!

Our stay at Heather’s place in Santa Rosa Beach was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Heather is an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure comfort for my wife, our 2.5-year-old, and our pets. Traveling full-time can be tough, but her thoughtful touches made this place truly special. We stayed during the holidays, and Heather made it magical with festive Christmas lights that added holiday cheer. The space was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and unwinding after a day of exploring. The location near the beach offered the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility. Heather’s warmth and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend her Airbnb to anyone seeking a memorable stay!
