What a lovely place. Annie and Josef were welcoming and responsive. The accomodation was clean and private, near the mill market and a nice walk to the lake. Waking up and seeing trees all around was great. We would stay again.

A bright and neat apartment.. very central...easy walks to Cafe's and an assortment of eateries. After a long drive to Ballarat...the very comfortable mattress was greatly appreciated at the end of the day. We appreciated the easy communication and instructions and quick response from Lauren and Dean.

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

Hepburn springs and surrounding area are generally expensive but this accommodation was very reasonably priced.Unfortunately most of Hepburn Springs is either up for sale or closed down but Daylesford is only 5 minutes away by car and theres plenty to see or do there.

Nicole's place was a great place to stay for our family. Great location, spacious rooms and clean. Nicole was prompt with responding to any queries we had. Would happily stay there again.

This is the second time I visited this place, and all I can say is, I’d definitely visit again! The location is great, and the place had everything we needed. This would be a go-to place when I visit Ballarat. Troy is very clear and responsive with the communications, as always.

The unit was a nicely restored 1 storey townhouse in an older brick building with covered parking in the rear and a lovely private outdoor courtyard. Craig generously let us check in early as we had a zoom call and was very responsive. We loved the treats that were waiting for guests of all ages to enjoy! the kitchen was well stocked and even included an air fryer and recipe book (the roasted chicken thighs turned out great). The home was only a 25 minute walk from the historic downtown where we enjoyed the architecture and art galleries. We also visited Sovereign Hill and an evening event at the Ballarat municipal observatory. Although we didn't have time to fish we did peek at the lake that's close to Craig's home. Our visit to Ballarat and Craig's property was a highlight on our trip between Adelaide and Melbourne. We would definitely return.

An ideal comfortable home within walking distance to shops, supermarket & restaurants. Has a well equipped kitchen & laundry, excellent WiFi, good heating & airconditioning & everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We always enjoy staying here & look forward to returning again.

The house was perfect, the outdoor deck was a perfect spot to sit and have a morning coffee. Narelle was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The house was beautiful, welcoming and clean. We felt very relaxed and really enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine.

Family 3 night stay. Exactly as described with lots of extras! Responsive host, great communication. We had some cold nights, great heating and really appreciated the electric blankets! Great spot, with everything we needed, a lovely home away from home. Would highly recommend.

Everything was thought of from the basic essential needs (tea and coffee) to the extra little touches that made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. This place is amazing, exactly as described. Big beautiful space, very comfortable beds and even has extra pillows 😍 Very convenient location, place is easy to find. I highly recommend staying here, and the host, Luke, is very friendly, easy to communicate with. Could not find a single fault with our stay and would definitely stay here again when we're in the area next. 11/10 ⭐
