We had a wonderful stay! Kati and Robert were very helpful sending all of the needed information and were incredibly responsive with communication. The home is spacious, cozy and has very comfortable beds. Also, the parking area is large and a dedicated area for this home only which was very nice as well. Having beach chairs to use was really convenient and we made it down to the outer banks for a day! Thank you again for hosting us and we loved our time visiting the area!

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

We were delighted with our stay. The location was extremely convenient, the neighborhood quiet and pretty, and the outdoor area was private and soothing. Every possible amenity was provided, including lots of extras. My 17-y.o, granddaughter and I cooked a few meals and even baked her birthday cake. Steff's place was the ideal combination of home and vacation.

This secluded quiet place came with everything you need and more she very sweet and I would love to rent this place again thank you for a great stay

Robert’s place was great! I ended up extending twice and would have extended longer if not for the fact it was already booked. The place is great, just like described. Had a very peaceful stay here. I made my reservation at 6 in the morning not even 15 minutes later same responded and was very friendly and also continued to communicate. My check in on the listing was 3 PM but they accommodated me and allowed me to check in by 11 AM. The rest is history, I felt right at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and welcoming, the communication was easy and the house was located on a quiet, tree lined street just steps from the river and hiking trail

This is our second visit to this beach condo and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. Plenty of room on the 3 floors, enjoyed grilling out on the deck and so close to the beach. Staight forward and good communication from the host.

A charming beach cottage about 3 minute walk from the beach. The home has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. We had our kids and grandchildren and this home provided all that we needed. I made dinner every night. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was wonderful. The kids loved playing with the toys and mom and dad were thrilled they didn’t have to worry about a highchair and pack and play. We didn’t have beach weather but the home had all we could have wanted. Very comfortable home, loved our stay!

Had a great time staying at Lisa's home. The place was a very beautiful home and a peaceful neighborhood. Spacious living area as well as the bathrooms and rooms.

What a fantastic place! LARGE and clean house, best bang for your buck, and 5 min walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay around the area. my wife and my dog also loved the home. 11/10, would absolutely come back for another stay.

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. We booked with Debbie two years ago, and we had to book again. We plan to return to Debbie’s place in the future! The balcony is so beautiful with a great view of the beach sunrise.

We had a great stay here for spring break. The location was awesome—I didn’t have a car but was able to get around super easily and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay in late March. Very convenient location on the broad walk. Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean . Truly an experience , sunrise on the beach priceless. We would definitely like to return in the future.

The condo was great very clean and more than enough room for my guest and I. The beach was so close we did not have to walk far at all. Crystal was very responsive and made sure getting to parking to checking in to helping us find places to eat and things to do was easy you practically don’t have to look up anything cause everything was in the messages.

This place was a perfect spot for our sons AIT graduation. It’s minutes from base, restaurants, and shops.

We've stayed at this resort before but this is the first in this condo. It was easy to get our packed and get checked in. We loved the condo, the view is great, the beds comfortable, and clean.
