We had a fantastic stay for a couple of days! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It truly exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

🏆 The Ultimate Stay – Matthias is the Best Host Ever! 🏆 Wow, where do I even begin? We stayed at Matthias’ place for over two months, and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any host – hands down! Matthias is an incredible person and a truly amazing host. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. He provided us with all the essential information we needed, gave us a winter pass for free museum visits (which was a game-changer!). His local insights and warm personality made our stay unforgettable. I genuinely hope we can stay friends in the future – Matthias is that kind of person you want to keep in your life. The apartment itself? Absolute perfection. It’s located at one of the highest points in Rijeka, which means you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the port. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard – seriously, the view alone is worth the stay! But it’s not just about the view or the location – it’s the feeling of being welcome

We had an amazing week. Unfortunately the weather was not good, but thanks to the roof above the terrasse we were able to eat outside and enjoy the wonderful view. The flat was very clean and super well equiped. Communication with the host was extremly clear and helpful, and they gave us a lot of very good recommendation. Everything was made in a way to let us enjoy our stay as much as possible.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn i 9 dage. Selve lejligheden var som på billederne. Der var dog ingen parasol på terrassen men der var meget grøn bevoksning der gav en del skygge. Køkkenet er meget småt men fint til at lave små måltider. Dejligt med en opvaskemaskine. Der er AC i stuen - desværre ingen AC i soveværelserne så det kan blive temmelig varmt i soveværelserne, selv med en vifte. Vi rykkede et par dage ind i stuen om natten da det var for varmt i soveværelserne. Stedet ligger dejlig tæt på 2 strande (beach Rožac og Okrug Gornji Beach). Der er et lille supermarked tæt på lejligheden. Det tager ca 30 minutter at gå til Beach Bočići - en dejlig strand. Det tager ca. 30 minutter at gå til Trogir. Man kan også tage en Uber ret billigt. Det tager ca. 15 minutter at komme fra lufthavnen til lejligheden og koster ca. 15 euro med Uber. Alt i alt et skønt sted.

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine so gute Bewertung abzugeben, da sonst die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen wollen 🙈 Die 4 Wochen, in Lukas Apartment waren echt super schön! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Luka ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host! Es gab sogar ein Willkommens-Leckerli für unseren Hund, der die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sehr genossen hat 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: das WLAN ist sogar weitaus schneller, als Luka es angibt.

Tolle Lage direkt in der Autofreien kleinen Altstadt von Komiza und somit alles super leicht zu erreichen, schöne Hafenpromenade und dadurch, dass das alte Steinhaus in zweiter Reihe liegt auch ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig, heißt wenn die Nachbarn oben drüber laufen, hört man jeden Schritt. Sehr enger Treppenaufgang, somit nicht barrierefrei. Große Dachterrasse zum Norden hin.Nachteil der super Lage ist, dass man mit dem Auto und somit mit mehr Gepäck, Einkauf usw. nicht an die Wohnung kommt. Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass man den Mietern z.B. einen Bollerwagen oder ähnliches zur Verfügung stellt, damit man von dem öffentlichen Parkplatz (15 € pro Tag) sein Gepäck/Einkauf bis zur Wohnung ziehen kann. Für Touristen, die mit dem Flieger bis Split fliegen und dann mit der Fähre übersetzen ist ein Transferbus vorhanden von der Stadt Vis (gleichnamig mit der Insel) bis zur Stadt Komiza, was hervorragend ist. Vor Ort gibt es mehrere Rollerverleiher, was empfehlenswert ist.

Pobyt w tym miejscu spędziliśmy świetnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht und hoffen bald wieder kommen zu können. Die Nähe zu mehreren sehr schönen Stränden, Restaurants, Bäckerei, kleiner Markt...ist perfekt (fußläufig). Weitere Ziele kann man problemlos nach kurzer Fahrt mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Garten ist mittlerweile etwas wild, dafür kann man aber die ein oder andere Schildkröte antreffen. Goran ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Lela was a fantastic host and welcomed me as of I was home. Anything I needed she was there. The location is perfect as it is right next to the palace but is quiet so it’s easy to rest. It was easy to get there with an Uber from the airport as well. The harbor and beach are an easy walk and the esplanade right outside the front door was a great place to sit and enjoy some food and coffee. Lela was sweet enough to let me stay after check out since my bus was at 4pm so I didn’t have to sit with my luggage somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again!

Josip is een fijne gastheer, reageert snel, is vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ook is er veel privacy. Het appartement is ruim, praktisch en ligt op een fantastische locatie met uitzicht op zee. Het strand is op loopafstand, 10 minuten, met een hoogte verschil van circa 50 meter. Er zijn 2 sfeervolle strandtenten voor een hapje en een drankje.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a stay of one week. From the moment we met Lili at the front door we felt at home. So welcoming and open. Lili always had a smile. Lili had made some delicious muffins for our arrival and some amazing fritters mid week. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything that we needed. The pool and surrounding area were beautifully maintained. Marino was so helpful upon our arrival. He explained the local area and the not so local. Marino spoke excellent English . We had a car and wanted to explore Istria. Close by was a well stocked supermarket, a little further on was a large shopping centre. Both within walking distance. It was a 10 min walk to the arena and city centre. Such a lovely and accommodating family. Thank you.

Mahtava majoitus Cavtatissa! Sijainti oli kätevä, lähellä lentokenttää, ja lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle sekä ravintoloihin. Uima-allas asunnon yhteydessä oli mukava lisä, ja maisemat olivat todella kauniit. Lähellä sijaitsi myös kiva kahvila, josta sai hyvää kahvia ja leivonnaisia. Kokonaisuudessaan ihana ja rentouttava loma – suosittelen lämpimästi!
