The best airbnb experience with butler Andre who is super helpful. Our car got tolled to the police station so he kindly accompanied us to the police station.

Peter and Kristin are wonderful hosts,we were greeted in person by them and introduced to all important tings around the house. Peter was always very easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Valbonne in Peter's villa that is equipped with everything you need, it is incredibly spacious, quiet and in a great location to reach many places around the côte d'azure. We were travelling with our son of 2.5 years and Peter and Kristin provided us with a crib and a high chair for him. Many thanks to these amazing hosts, we had the best time and would always return.

Christian’s place is the perfect escape. Located high up with stunning views over the local countryside. It is a very peaceful location and great for relaxing by the pool. The accommodation is modern with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. There is a veranda for eating al fresco. The grounds are large with plenty to keep young children entertained(trampoline, swings, basketball hoop and lawn for football. One feature we really appreciated was the fully fenced pool with child proof gate. This gave us a sense of security as our 3 year old could not get to the pool ( there is also a pool alarm). The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach is a bit of a journey from the villa but we were able to find parking at all the beaches and in the middle of August. Overall a fantastic property!

We had an amazing time at this location. House is beautiful and the view is really unique. We loved every minute of it. We would highly recommend. Cesar was very helpful and always in contact. Great choice for a family.

Travelers: Two families with 4 kids in total. Total stay Duration: 1 Month The Host: Barbara is very professional and extremely helpful. Dealing with her was great. Such an excellent host. The Location: the house is perfectly located in a private community in Cannes. 12 mins drive to any parking at La Croisette, and 10 mins back. Easy access to the main roads and is close to Supermarkets, Pharmacies and Gyms. The community is gated and Secure. We didn’t face any issues. The House: the villa has been remodeled to fit Two Master Bedrooms ( one on the top floor, and another on the ground floor). The ground floor Bedroom has its own shower and toilet ( though multiple doors involved) but can be considered a Master bedroom. Two other rooms on the first floor share a toilet, and is ok for kids. Kitchen is good, and the garden is spacious. The living room is good enough with a decent TV. All ACs work perfectly and the internet is fast enough. A very pleasant experience. Thanks Barbara

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

Merci pour l’accueil dans votre magnifique maison. Tout est bien rénové et confortable, les finitions sont parfaites, la décoration est faite avec goût et de très bonne qualité. La maison et fonctionnelle, la piscine est géniale, de nombreux transat et des jeux à disposition telle qu’une table de billard et de ping-pong! Je recommande plus que vivement 😊

We arrived at the property and were immediately struck by its beauty and peacefulness. The hosts were available and responsive. We had a wonderful stay at the property. The pool is fantastic and the tennis court is a huge added bonus. There are many wonderful outdoor seating areas. Truly an excellent property. Thank you!

We stayed here as an extended multi generation family of 9. The house and pool were immaculately clean and perfectly suited to our needs. Everything worked well, from electric shutters, a/c, to modern bathroom fixtures, and great water pressure and plenty hot water for showers. We particularly enjoyed the layout of the house as a large group, with multiple sitting areas and dining areas. Pool was exceptionally clean and electric pool cover a welcome feature with young children in our party. Location was a ten minute drive from the beaches and center, up somewhat winding roads (like most of the riviera), and a five minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Great sea view from all levels. Porches to the two first floor bedrooms, and one of the ground floors. To note, the twin bed bedroom has no bathroom dedicated to it, as all the bathrooms are en suite to other bedrooms. There is a separate wc on the ground floor. This wasn't an issue for us, but may be for other groups. Michel and Guy

Maison magnifique, moderne et fonctionnelle ! propriétaire hyper sympa! On a passé un très bon moment !

La maison est fantastique: la vue est incroyable, donne sur un endroit extrêmement calme avec vue sur la pinède puis au loin, la vue sur la mer. La maison spacieuse est équipée de tout ce qu’il vous faut, rien ne manque. À recommander absolument!

Jegliche Kommunikation mit Chrystel war super einfach und sie hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war ebenfalls wie auf den Bildern und super schön. Wir fanden es einfach toll.

We had a lovely stay at Ludovic’s villa in Mougins. Ludovic was always quick to respond via message and understanding and flexible. Easy bus route to get in to Cannes. The house was bigger and better than the photos. Thank you very much

Kevin et Marine ont été des hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques, réactifs et disponibles! Le logement était fidèle aux photos, spacieux très fonctionnel, et la terrasse très agréable également. La piscine, en contrebas, était top et Kevin n’a pas hésité à faire intervenir le pisciniste durant notre séjour lorsque cela s’est avéré nécessaire. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous n’hésite pas à revenir. Merci encore Kevin 👍

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr saubere Unterkunft. Sehr freundlich und sehr schnell geantwortet. Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Rund um die Unterkunft keine Möglichkeit etwas zu unternehmen. Alles ein Stück entfernt. Zentral um sich die Städte anzusehen, nirgendwo weit zu fahren. Haus liegt direkt am Hang. Wenn man seine Ruhe will,ideal. Wenn man am Abend gerne noch bummeln geht,nicht optimal.

This property is a gem. A great layout for either family or friends. So nicely finished and furnished inside and out. Supplies such as linens and towels are amply provided and high quality. Carole provides detailed information and guides about the house and areas to visit in the surrounding areas. Carol was delight to meet upon arrival, providing a tour of the house and great recommendations of places to visit for our one week stay.

A wonderful villa in a lovely location, with beautiful views. Damien was very helpful when we had a problem at the villa and came over to sort it out almost straight away. Really well equipped kitchen and the pool area is amazing. We will definitely try to come back at some point. We loved the location it felt very quiet and private but only a short drive to all amenities.

Court séjour d’une nuit. Villa entièrement conforme aux photos et celle-ci est très propre. Le point de vue est magnifique. Je recommande.
