The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Logement parfait! Concernant l’intérieur de la maison tout était propre et fonctionnel. Concernant l’extérieur, conforme à la description: le calme au milieu des oliviers et une vue magnifique sur la mer avec le coucher de soleil sur le stromboli depuis la terrasse. Nous y sommes allés avec nos 3 enfants et cela nous permet d’être au calme après les journées au bord de la mer oú il y a beaucoup de monde à cette période. Nous avons peu testé les restaurants autour car nous étions bien à la maison. Beaucoup de plages à proximité. Pour accéder aux plages calmes sans trop de monde ne pas hésiter à prendre les taxi boat qui vous déposent dans des criques ou à louer un bateau… Nous nous sommes bien reposés et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Merci Luisa pour la communication facile et merci à Antonio pour son accueil chaleureux. Honnêtement c’est un petit coin de paradis dans la région.

We had a lovely stay at Anna Maria’s place! She was a really friendly host and directly replied when I had questions for the check-in. The apartment was beautiful and right in the city center so restaurants, cafes and mini-supermarkets were all in walking-distance. Everything was as depicted on Airbnb and all instructions were clear and easy. We would definitely chose her as a host again!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description and the photos. The location directly on the beach is excellent. Parking available around the corner. The beds are comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment itself is excellent! Location: Belmonte Marina is situated on a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few shopping facilities on site. Overall, it is a little empty in the low season, which is not necessarily a disadvantage. There are a few restaurants, but we didn't try them as we had a car and drove to neighboring Amantea. Overall, the area is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We definitely recommend this place.

Très beau logement surplombant la mer. A 10mn du centre de Pizzo. Idéalement situé. Très propre et spacieux. A recommander. Nous y retournerons..

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour Le descriptif du logement était tout à fait identique comme sur l’annonce du RBNB Endroit agréable calme propre et l’équipement à l’intérieur tout y était Les restaurants et bar et commerces étaient à proximité à pied La vue sur le balcon face à la mer quelle vue magnifique en se levant 😊 Nous n’avons pas été déçu et nous y retournerons car le logement correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes Elio est un hôte gentil serviable tout était parfait Georges

Rosalba and her family members were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was absolutely breathtaking and her home was beautiful, comfortable, and made our time spent in Calabria so special! Thank you, Rosalba!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist der absolute Traum. Zwar ist das Haus schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit Liebe eingerichtet, die Betten gemütlich. Im Bad uss an sich etwas arrangieren. Strandliegen und Sonnenschirm stehen auch zur Verfügung.
