Our stay at Wetley Cottage was fantastic! The place has obviously been designed with care and thought in every detail! One of the most well stocked places I’ve ever stayed with everything you could possibly need! The whole cottage was very homely, cosy and comfortable. The outdoor areas had so many different options to sit and relax! Shetland ponies were an adorable bonus! Louise was so lovely and helpful! Even coming to tell us that the Northern Lights were visible! Plus many other super local recommendations! The place was private at the end of a lane. The surrounding nature was superb, we heard owls and saw many other interesting birds. I would recommend Wetley Cottage to all! Perfect in Winter and I imagine just as wonderful all year round!

This amazing country house has everything you need, including a jacuzzi and sauna! The nature around here is so beautiful. It's only 5 minutes to a town with shops and a pub, and about 25 minutes to some incredible scenery. You can easily spend a day driving around the dams, enjoying the views and the fresh air.

We had a fabulous 2 nights stay in Milsom cottage . The view was amazing and the cottage so cosy and warm from the AGA . The peace and quiet was glorious! The cottage’s fixtures and fittings and amenities were of great quality and it felt like a real treat to be staying there . We would definitely return, there is still so much to see and do in the area . Thank you Victoria for a lovely stay

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lodge. The house was beautiful and had everything you could need for a perfect stay, the extra touches were very thoughtful & much appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and hot tub; and we appreciated the tranquility of the garden and scenic views that added that extra touch of relaxation. Michelle was the an amazing host. Her communication was fantastic throughout the booking process and during our stay, she was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything went smooth for us. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in Wales! Check-in was seamless, and we felt welcomed straight away. The décor was beautiful; even the paint colours seemed to be chosen to create a relaxed atmosphere. The two lounges were great—the larger, brighter one was perfect for family time, while the smaller lounge, with its wood burner, was so cosy. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was a huge hit, and the views were stunning. We loved the host’s recommendations—Hafren Forest and Aberdyfi both well worth a visit. The house worked well for our family of four, with double beds in every room. The separate toilet helped, as there’s only one bathroom. The location was ideal, with a nearby town offering cafés and a Co-op, plus a pub just around the corner. The host was responsive but gave us plenty of space. Overall, a wonderful stay—we’d love to return!

Lovely cottage, cosy, warm and clean. Quite a narrow, uneven track to drive up to the cottage to be aware of but we managed fine in our small car. And more than worth it for the amazing views across the Long Mynd. Great location for walking and visiting Church Stretton.

An absolutely delightful cottage to stay in - we’ve never visited the Peak District before and this cottage was perfect for our family (2 adults 2 kids) and two little dogs. Perfectly located for walks out the front door to explore along with close proximity to some lovely settings / walks and exploration. Less than 5 mins walk to the pub after a long day exploring and nothing better than getting back to the cottage and lighting the fire and getting cosy! A brilliant little cottage - highly recommend!

When we arrived at Rebecca’s place we were blown away. The photos don’t do it justice! The place is bigger than we initially thought, providing enough space for everyone to have their privacy when wanted and also for us to enjoy using the communal areas together. Rebecca provided everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. 5 min drive from hay on wye and 30 min drive to Pen y Fan. Will definitely be staying again!

The Little Gate House is a lovely, quiet space that somehow manages to be cosy, but at the same time spacious with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kirsty was a great host, very responsive, helpful and clearly loves having doggy visitors- including them in the generous welcome hamper. Roxy, our dog, says to other dogs do take your family for a walk in Llandegla Forest, dragging them to the cafe for a doggy sausage or other doggy menu treat- there are walks of varying lengths, clearly marked by coloured posts. Llangollen, Ruthin, and Wrexham/Chester are not far by car- and there is some lovely walking in the area. Our 2 night stay was too short! Thank you Kirsty!
