Very cozy home right on the lake. Went for winter getaway and had plenty to do - ice fishing, sauna, hot tub, and numerous games. Host was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

These condos are fantastic! Some are brand-new, and Stuart put us in one of those. The amazing master bath shower and well-equipped, beautiful kitchen were highlights. The location made it easy to run to get bait or to go out for pizza at Zorbaz. Pontoon rental was convenient and waiting at the dock for us. For my elementary-aged boys, the indoor pool and hot tub were huge pluses. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a nice place, very clean and no major issues. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pots and pans. Linens were clean and even had a few extra blankets. Only 4 sets of towels but seeing you had laundry, this wasn't an issue. Finishes are builder basic, maybe a little better but work just fine for a cabin stay. Just know if you are staying in this clubhouse area, other guests have access to the building/common areas which are only separated by a basic glass interior door with a blind. The exercise room/common space shares a wall with the master bedroom so you can hear people coming and going to the hot tub/sauna. Not as private as you might like but if you know that going in or rent both cabins, not a huge deal. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 4 min drive to downtown Nisswa. Check out responsibilities are minimal and easy to follow with the provided guide. Overall it was a nice stay and Chad was very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate renting from Chad again. Thanks!

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful, feeling like home on a beautiful lake! The location was private and the cabin was clean and well-equipped for our family. Scott was a great host. Very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

We were traveling from Oklahoma and we enjoyed our stay in the red cabin. The location was perfect. The communication was great. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Including coffee and cream. 😊 We would stay there again if in the area.

Polana Retreat is a beautiful, serene and secluded property in the woods. Ken and his wife have decorated the cabin with exquisite taste, showcasing their travels around the world. The trails around the property are well marked and give you the feel of being in the woods. We were delighted to see a deer family come by everyday. The loon family on the lake was a true joy!

This airbnb is mine and my friends favorite. We come up about twice a year and always enjoy staying here. So quiet and enjoyable to stay at but not far from the lake!

We had a great week at Kyle's cabin! It was spacious, clean, and a great location and views of the lake!

This is our second time at this beautiful cabin. Brian and Sandra are great communicators and very responsive. They provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area and the cabin is immaculate. The kitchen has everything you need to grill or cook meals yourself. There is a lot of seating options inside and outside. We rented the pontoon and kayaks along with our stay and spent a lot of time on the lake. Sunset cruises were beautiful. There are a lot of unique personal touches within this cabin- you will love your stay here and we will be returning again. Brian and Sandra are really lovely people.

Excellent location for a family vacation with a beach, dock, and fire pit that worked well for our family. We enjoyed our visit very much.

A beautiful northern Minnesota home! Large windows provided great views of the lake. Open floor plan provided plenty of room for our family to move about. The lot is beautifully landscaped and flows very nicely to the lake. Kimball Lake is amazingly clean and clear. The lake is great for boating and swimming; fishing was quite good. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

I think it’s our 5th stay which says a lot. Like having a mini private lake resort with awesome space and amenities.

Cabin was absolutely perfect!! The pictures didn't do any justice. Cabin was clean and very well stocked. Location was excellent, located close to many larger lakes. We fished off the dock and was able to catch some rock bass. Fire pit area has beautiful views of the lake. We loved listening to the loons in the evenings. Highly recommend this cabin. Thank you for all the memories we were able to make!!

Their place worked out great for our families to stay as we attended a wedding at Cragons. House was beautiful and I'm sure would be even better in summer to enjoy lake, scenery, etc. Thanks for such a nice place & stay.
