This spot is absolutely amazing! Much larger than it looks from the photos and there is so much space for everything! We really enjoyed two balconies, the views of the lake, the open floor plan and big kitchen. It was nice to have games and puzzles provided... Scrabble on the deck in the evening was so fun! I absolutely loved the coy pond! It was such a treat to feed the fish and watch to see how many frogs you could spot before the leaped into the water! If we had stayed longer I'm sure we would have taken advantage of the grill and fire pit! This home is also really close to Rock Island State Park and the amazing waterfalls there! Sparta was a close drive and we enjoyed your pizza recommendation. We would absolutely stay again!

Joe was very responsive from my first inquiry before booking till the end. My fiance & I were looking for a quiet relaxing private place to stay for our last vacation before our wedding and we sure did here. Joe's little touch for privacy outside was something we appreciated greatly and haven't seen at other locations. Tennessee is our favorite and being secluded up in the hills was exactly what we needed!

Amber's "Lil' Round House" was AWESOME! She adds so many personal touches and makes it feel so cozy. My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. Amber had left us 2 specialty cupcakes. She provided birthday napkins, plates and had HAPPY BIRTHDAY strung on the fireplace. She also left supplies for s'mores. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to return here in the future. Thanks, Amber, for everything!

This was a great last minute place for us to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Dana was great, we asked if we would be able to check in early, even if there would be additional charges. She accomadated us without and problems.

If you need a quiet place close to cookeville, you can’t find a more perfect fit than this house! The surrounding property is so peaceful and serene. The house is perfectly cleaned, described, and decorated. Nothing but the highest praise for our hosts and this amazing property!

This place was so comfortable and peaceful. The cottage had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and very clean. The price was beyond fair A wonderful stay.

We were in the area on an assignment job with Tennessee State Parks and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Its very convenient to several state parks, it was really quiet and clean. I'd highly recommend if youre in the area.

Anna Marie was so patient and understanding after we were searching for a last minute place to stay after our previously reserved accommodations were canceled by another host. We had some questions about the renter's agreement and security deposit so late in the evening before our arrival and Anna Marie was very responsive and kind! The property was easy to find and right off of a main road. Anna Marie's instructions were PERFECT and much appreciated when it came to the electronic keypad and the gas fireplace. The house was so cozy and had all of the "extra" amenities that we are used to having at home. We will absolutely try to stay here again should we find ourselves in Dayton again.

Our Host Jason was great! This was our first air b&b experience. Thankfully Jason was patient with me which was truly helpful to us. Everything was exactly as pictured and was clean. Private and quiet. When in the area again we will try and stay again if dates are available. No complaints. All was good!

FireFly Acres is definitely a place to stay if you want peace, tranquility, serene views, and calmness. Total bonus if you love horses, as they are friendly and come right up to the fence for a visit. Can’t wait to book our next trip with FireFly Acres!! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay! All amenities were readily available and accessible. We had an easy time finding cabin and felt right at home. Host was very responsive and friendly towards us. Great location to local water falls and hikes. Great weekend getaway

Our second time staying here , we love the location , very clean house and always a pleasant stay , Catrina is very responsive if you have any questions. We’ll be back for sure !

This space was great. The bed was comfortable, as was the living room furniture. I slept well and enjoyed the movies that were provided. It was great to have a place to rest after visiting family during the day. I was also able to have my dad and step-mom over to play cards. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved being able to see the lake. The owner also communicates well. The only negative was a slight musty smell. I would stay here again if it was available during my next trip.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful area. Fall Creek Falls was just a short drive away and the home itself was very cozy and peaceful.

Good location on a pretty lake. Plenty of room in a nice cabin. Would higly recommend!

Brittany's place was beautiful! It was comfortable (especially the beds!) and felt like a real home. Sitting on the porch to listen to a thunderstorm in the evening or to drink coffee in the sunshine was unmatched. My only disappointment was not being able to spend more time at the house during our trip. Brittany was very communicative and answered every question I had. I would certainly come back!

As described in the photos. Nice, homey, and still really close to town. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Clean and modern cottage on a beautiful farm. Very peaceful and remote without being difficult to find or get to. Plenty of porch furniture to enjoy the scenery. And, there's a very friendly farm cat who hung out the whole weekend. I recommend this rental.

The cabin was easy to find, super clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. Cozy, comfortable, and very spacious. We loved the big comfy couch that was big enough for all of us to sprawl out on for a movie and cocoa night! Less than 15 minutes drive in to town for restaurants and stores, but still private and wonderful for a weekend getaway.

Loved this house! I booked for my parents to stay while they helped us move- was afraid they weren’t going to leave! Great place and host!!!
