Love this place! You immediately enter into rest when you drive up. Everything is so intentional. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Youngsville is great too.

Maison très agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. La vue et le ponton sont magnifiques. A proximité de usine de Tabasco et des bayous. Nous recommandons !

This was a great house in a great spot! This was the 1st Airbnb I stayed in that provided a bottle of wine and that was a really nice touch! We highly recommend this lovely home!

Mickey is a great host. The location is great. We can’t to go back.

What can I say??? WOW!!!!! It's a BEAUTIFUL place, I fell in love with it and how it was decorated. So peaceful, it rained while we were there and the sound of it hitting the roof was heavenly. So calming and relaxing.

What a fun place to spend a long weekend! Excellent location, well situated between various fun places (New Iberia, Avery Island, Rip Van Winkle Gardens, Lafayette, Breaux Bridge, Arnaudville/Bayou Teche Brewing). Was a great house for three couples - each room en suite (and two more baths to boot), and tons of great hangout space, inside and outside. Loved the game room with billiards table and arcade games, and awesome media room. Beautiful kitchen and beautiful location right on the bayou. Do not miss Jane's Seafood and Chinese in New Iberia, seriously - we've been to the area twice, and both times we've been there twice. Everything is so good, both seafood (crawfish if in season are a must!...charbroiled oysters & any shrimp) and Chinese (such good fried rice). And of course, boudin & cracklin everywhere you look - one of our faves is Legnon's in New Iberia, and Kartchner’s in Lafayette is always a good bet. And Kirk's U-Bet for the BEST chicken quacklin (and killer boudin).

Wow, all I can say is wow. This house is like living inside of a museum. It is huge and filled with absolutely museum quality furnishings. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were in town for a funeral. We will look for this house again when we travel back to southern Louisiana. Pictures don't do it justice. Also, it is on a large piece of property next to Bayou Teche. The enormous old oak trees are just beautiful and majestic. The furniture is just exquisite. If you are looking for a place near Jeanerette, this is well worth the money. The host was so responsive and helpful.

Beautiful spot right on the bayou. So quiet and peaceful, we didn't want to leave. House has everything you need, nicely furnished, very clean, great natural light, like living in the trees. It's a wonderful place!

We loved the peacefulness and the tranquillity of the place. It was the perfect place to come home to after a hectic day. My sister being from up north was thrilled to see the local wild life. We will definitely be back!!
