Crown Heights, Brooklyn : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

Jessica was very accommodating, nice and polite. Quick responses were perfect for no hassle communication. Off street parking was a plus +. We will definitely be returning in a few weeks thanks so much for having us .😊

Place is fantastic. Exactly as described. Amenities aplenty and more. Most what I needed with kids available. Well heated during January cold. Place is huge from inside. Bigger than I realized. I was worried about parking and rightfully so. But the host and family waited late night for me to arrive from Montreal and gave me their spot so I didn't have to look around. That was so thoughtful. It's the only issue I'd say which is out of the host's control. Otherwise, I've had a great stay at this place.

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Gabriels Appartement. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 4 erwachsene Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter und es war sehr kalt. Aber die Elektroheizungen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer haben für ausreichend Wärme gesorgt. Im Bad war es jedoch recht kalt. Sowohl Restaurants als auch ein Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben jedoch außer am ersten Abend immer außerhalb des Viertels gegessen. Die Metro in Richtung Manhattan ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wonderful apartment in a warm neighbourhood and very convenient location, easy walk to the Path or Ferry to NYC. A couple great playgrounds nearby. Apartment thoughtfully appointed and was nice to have some outdoor space. Emily was a great host and appreciate her prompt replies and flexibility (where it was possible).

We had a great stay, the space is exactly as described in the descriptions. Very cozy and comfortable! My family of 3 felt right at home. The surrounding area is easy to navigate, it is a busy town with lots of people walking and biking around, but the street of the home was quiet. We have no complaints, my only recommendation is to be mindful of when you leave and come back to the apartment, as parking is extremely limited on the street of the apartment, as well as the surrounding streets. One evening around 6:30-7p we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find parking, and ended up parking three blocks away.

Hoboken is a gift if you are visiting NYC…. And Ellie’s place is also a gift. The apartment is ina great location, so close to restaurants, stores, PATH station, Hudson River walk. This is our second stay atEllie’s and we hope to return!

This is an amazing apartment and amazing host. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to NYC. The apartment is wonderful and charming and the stay feels like a high end hotel. The apartment has an excellent location in a quite and charming area (New York West), and the frequent buses nearby makes it easy to go downtown Manhattan. The unit is as described, now with a newly renovated bathroom, and it easily fits 4 or more people. The upper unit No 2 we stayed in also has a nice open patio where you can hang out and barbeque. Jose is an excellent host and he is very responsive and friendly. He was so kind to share details about how to best get to Downtown Manhattan, where to shop groceries etc. and were proactive with sharing how to enter the unit and parking garage. A superb experience all in all and we can highly recommend to stay here.

Appartement très bien situé, conforme à la description et vraiment charmant. L'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à New York est tout proche, et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. La propriétaire et son mari sont des personnes respectueuses, discrets mais très réactifs en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont même gentiment arrangé une sortie tardive. Je les recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Peter’s beautiful brownstone for our family engagement weekend, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Peter made us feel incredibly welcome. The home is full of classic New York charm, with stylish, modern touches that made it both elegant and inviting. The space was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and every detail clearly thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of character, yet peaceful enough for quiet mornings with coffee. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This brownstone will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re so grateful to Peter for his hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My family & I enjoyed our stay at David’s! Getting into the building was very easy due to the clear instructions we were provided. The place was clean and provided the essentials. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the HBLR station to get in to NYC. We hope to be back soon!!

The home was absolutely wonderful! What you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. The proximity to transit is great. We also felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

Raquel's place was great for a family to have separate sleeping spaces after long days site seeing. Her home was extremely clean and everything worked well. Great views of NYC from the light rail stop where you pick up the PATH to the World Trade Center. This place is a good value for staying in the area so we could see and do more in NYC.

Ann was super responsive! We needed a location within walking distance of the Nike Indoor Track & Field Armory and this was a great location. There are restaurants, diners, and stores within blocks. The place was clean, had coffee, great bathroom products, and we felt safe. The patio was an added bonus. Would recommend! If we have an opportunity to come back, we would book again. Thanks, Ann

Sandra is amazing! She is a kind and thoughtful host. She goes out of her way to accommodate requests and make your time at her place stress free. The apartment was exactly as described. The private parking is a priceless perk. We were a 30 min ride from all the major spots to visit. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here for our New York trip! Very easy to access the city, very lovely place with everything we could need (better than some hotels I’ve stayed at in manhattan). I would recommend this to any group of people looking for a great value for a great property.
