Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

Yabey and the place were amazing. The unit was right across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Rincon is a beautiful area with lots of surf spots. The common areas of the complex were well taken care of. Pool was very clean, and had bathrooms right down there for access from the pool or beach. Large balcony was nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee on in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and spices, everything you need to cook a meal. Each room had a AC unit. Yabey provided beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cart, cooler, kids toys, everything you need for a beach vacay. Will be definitely coming here again for a longer stay. Wife and kids did not want to leave

Best possible location in town, everything is in walking distance. Great bars, food, and shops all within a 3 minute walk. The house was clean and presentable when we walked in. The beach chairs and umbrella being accessible was perfect so you don’t need to buy one when you get to the beach.

We loved our time at Angie’s condo. The beach is very nice, and you can hear the waves crashing at night . The condo is well stocked and very clean. She supplied us with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Nice apartment with plenty of space. The location was nice right by the plaza and the balcony was a nice place to sit at night. Extra's such as beach chairs etc. were a nice addition. The grill was not working which was a bit of an inconvenience but Allison did get it fixed. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Lovely location, we visited a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great area groceries. The beach was well groomed and the waves were not Ricon treacherous. Amazing sunsets.Super secure. Lots of codes to remember. Many rules and regulations in the building.

We loved our stay at Casa Costa Azul! The house was perfect for our group and you can't beat the location - walking distance to the beach, town and food trucks for coffee and breakfast. The hosts were accommodating and really communicative, making check-in and check-out a very smooth process. We had a great visit and the house, especially the backyard, was a perfect place to hang out and recharge!

Loved this home. Beautiful surroundings, it's truly lovely inside and out. We especially appreciated the screened windows so we could enjoy the fresh air. The pool is an added plus, clean, cool and refreshing.

Laura’s place was beautiful! It was located in a great area of Rincón with amazing views. It was clean and family-friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Casa Menta fue justo lo que necesitaba para desconectarme unos días. Hermosa la casa equipada con todo lo que se necesitaba e incluso más! Los perros estaban seguros y les encantó el poder correr por el patio del frente. Justo cerca de todo en Rincon! Me encantó! Regreso!

Great place. Loads of room for a big group. Was a bit of a walk to beach, around 30 minutes up some pretty impressive hills, but overall a good stay

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Great stay! We had an issue with the dryer and Christian responded promptly! Great area love Rincón and good unit for two couples. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We will be back!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
