The view from Karen's place is unlike any other in USVI and the sunrises each morning were incredible! Her place is quiet, has everything you'll need to include beach chairs, coolers, etc. We highly recommend her villa!

This is an amazing location. The views are gorgeous. We spent all day watching the birds and turtles. Lives being able to snorkel right from the your front door. Having the snorkel gear, paddle boards and kayak were a great bonus. Only downside 1) you have to have a car as there is nothing walkable for food or groceries 2) the driveway and parking situation is really really steep (and we have driven all over the Rocky Mountains) it was stressful every time we left or returned - only downside of the whole place.

Salty Sway Villa #1 is a beautiful home. It’s beachside and the views are amazing. Leah responded quickly to my texts and to address our concerns. The island had a power outage and she was able to assist us quickly when the generator didn’t kick in. The island and the beaches are just beautiful. We definitely will return.

Heather was easy to work with. She responded quickly when we needed anything. They live on the property and you have access to them at all times. The kids are active on the level above the bedrooms but we left early everyday so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We used the house as a home base because we were gone from sunrise to sunset most days. It has a beautiful view from the deck. They do a great job providing all the necessities that you need in the house like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and even sunblock/bug spray. The roads in the area are bumpy and you need a lot of concentration especially at night . Definitely need an all wheel drive/ 4*4 suv or jeep.

The Turtle’s Nest was a perfect location for a home base for the few days we stayed in St. John. The flat is located below the owners home so it’s as if you have upstairs neighbors while you are here. You will hear some occasional noise upstairs but nothing loud. Felt very private and homey. The outdoor shower was great after a hot sandy day at the beach. The parking instructions and check in and check out instructions were very clear. The airbnb had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The cats and dog were also very friendly. Jen was very responsive and even had the airbnb available to us a hour earlier. You will have to remove the trash once you check out. Overall a wonderful place to stay during your vacation in St. John.

Amy’s place was clean and comfortable. The pullout couch was a full size for our friend who stayed 4 nights out of our 8 night trip. It was a little short in length and would be fine for children, but not for anyone tall. The air mattress in the closet was only a twin so she opted for the pullout. We have stayed at sapphire for the last 4 years. It was nice to have the two level condo this year and especially nice to have laundry in the unit. The assistant Staisha was very communicative and had quick response times for the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and was what she advertised. The location is excellent. I love the Elysian and all the Amenities the people there were very nice and friendly. The location is great.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. On top of that, it was well stocked with kitchen items and basics, beach chairs (you can get free ones from the attendant on Sapphire) to take to all the beaches, floats, snorkels, beach towels, lanterns for power outages, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, body wash…..My kids didn’t complain about the pull out couch, sometimes they can be iffy, but all good! Our bed was super comfortable. Pillows are firm. The view of the marina was wonderful. They are doing a bit of construction on the building next to it, which made it loud on the balconies, but the inside was absolutely 100% quiet!! We never heard our neighbors or the roosters from inside. It’s easy to grab food at Sapphire and get cabs. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We will be back for sure.

Wow was this magical! We rented 16 & 18 which was perfect! Great amount of room. Location is to die for, right on sapphire bay, 1 minute walk to the sand and you are away snorkeling within seconds. Turtles and sting rays galore and not to mention the beautiful beach and blue blue water. The location of these units were perfect with all the amenities close if not on the property. It was fairly busy when we were there and there was a full moon party which livens up the place. Made it a little loud but also a lot of fun The units themselves were beautiful, clean, had all the resources you need. Kitchen was perfect, we cooked most meals in so it was nice to have most things. They also had plenty of towels, beach toys and even snorkeling stuff which was nice. It was very safe and felt comfortable walking in the evenings/night around the property. Loved the lanai and sitting out listening to the waves and all the birds and other sounds of peace.
