Andy has a great home! Location is close to Cruz Bay! The view is amazing! Private parking spot. Andy is very helpful and responsive. We loved staying here! The deck was our favorite!

I really enjoyed my stay at High View. The accommodations were great, the view breathtaking and the host was responsive and friendly. I would stay there again.

Great location in Coral Bay ! Very nice View ! Clean, Well appointed Kitchen, beach chairs and cooler available. Quite and Relaxing Neighborhood. Cassie and her assistant were great with communication. The Road is a little Steep, but that normal in St. John. Highly Recommend this Villa !

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

View is amazing! Roads are extremely steep and bumpy so 4x4 is necessary. Be prepared to have dogs (some friendly, some aggressive), cats, iguanas, and birds on the porch with you. Lawnscaping men also work early each morning right at the house and there are no blinds in the bathroom so be aware of that. Overall a good experience, primarily for the amazing views.

Peter was an outstanding host. Made us feel right at home and was very responsive with any questions we had. The views are incredible and everything about our stay was incredibly easy. Would recommend this stay and Peter as your host anytime that you’re in Tortola. Thank you so much Peter for hosting us and sharing your slice of paradise with us. Can’t wait to visit again! Enjoyed the hummingbirds, Bananaquits and the noise of the Coki frogs every night. Beautiful views. Wonderful house with everything you could need. Excellent stay.

What a view! Clean, nice cottage. Bed was comfy. Kitchen has what you need and some extras. The deck was a great way to start and end the day. There was some extra reef friendly sunscreen. Appreciated that! Great place to spend a week. Hummingbirds were cute. Made me happy to see them every day.

Monic is a wonderful host! She is very kind and has excellent communication. Her suggestions of things to check out on St. John was also very helpful. The location is beautiful! It is exactly as pictured/described, and so comfortable & relaxing. We would love to stay there again!

Views were very nice. Apparently it is 125 feet above the ocean below which helps your view. Quick 1/2 mile drive to RedHook. Shorter than that to Secret Harbor Beach. BTW there is additional parking for Secret Harbor up behind the tennis court, but first drop off passengers below. Easy snorkeling there off to the right around the rocks. Bed was comfortable. The place was kept up with maintenance and clean as well. The Beach Buzz cafe at Sapphire Beach had good Jamaican coffee or Lattes to get you started. Sun & Sea bar at Point Pleasant had a nice menu with pretty views and Tarpon Fish to see from the patio. Ferry to St Johns is close but parking got full for us. You might want to take car over for $60 or you'll pay for both parking and passenger ferry tickets, then additional taxi rides on STJ. We did go out to Cinnamon Beach and I think that is relatively simple to drive, but beyond that or to south beaches I cannot vouch for. Again the place was very nice, we had no complaints.

What a place and what a time we had!! This is a perfect place to come with a group of people. Michael was very easy going, helpful, and accommodating. Even when we got a little too excited and were a bit loud after hours him and his co-host expressed they’re glad we’re having fun😅 (we turned it down after). Viewing the sunrise/sunset from the balcony and even the room felt magical. And if you need ocean sounds to fall asleep, you’ll naturally get it there. It sounds even better than any soundtrack. All in all this was a great experience…we’ll definitely be back!

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Jennifer's Unit at Sapphire House was impressive. Easy access, house instructions clear and to the point. Unit was clean and comfortable. This accommodation was a very short walk to Beautiful Sapphire Beach, Sudi's Grill, Parasailing, Sapphire Beach Bar and Taxi Stand. The utility structure in the Patio contained many useful items that I assume were donated by previous guests--snorkels and masks, swim noodles, beach chairs, and more. The Patio was comfortable and inviting. I loved the shells, plants, and visiting lizards. The kitchen contained all the amenities. Especially the huge refrigerator. The small shower/toilet room was perfect. Water was nice and hot. I appreciated the complementary Shampoo and Conditioner. The nice, thick towels got the job done. In the bedroom area, there was an enormous bed! Slept so comfortably every night. Ceiling fan that was directly overthe bed made for a cool night's rest. This is a lovely Airbnb tucked away in the foothills of Fish Bay. The space is open and bright with 2 sliding doors out to a large deck that faces lush trees and the largest mango tree I have ever seen! The kitchen was well equipped and we made several dinners there. The bathroom was pristine and the king size bed very comfortable. We also took advantage of the snorkel gear that was on the porch. We would definitely return on a future trip to St. John!

Henry was very helpful in the weeks before our arrival and his co-host Aaisha met us in person to provide an orientation. We enjoyed our week there. It’s within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, taxi stands, and ferries to the surrounding islands. The apartment is furnished well, has a/c in the bedrooms, and an east-facing veranda which admits a refreshing breeze all day. There’s a great view of the adjacent marina where bareboat charters are available.

Lindsay and Jeremia were great hosts going out of their way to please. Fantastic view from the balcony. I would definitely rent a car to get around. The Jeep worked out great for us.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was spectacular, and we took full advantage of it...sitting on the porch for coffee in the morning and wine at night. We went to sleep every night, listening to the waves. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen at an Airbnb. There was even a Nespresso maker for morning lattes! The closet was full of supplies, including towels, beach chairs, tons of snorkeling equipment, and laundry supplies. The condo was only a short walk on a paved path, to the Cowpet Bay beach. We loved this quiet beach was with plenty of shade under the trees and great snorkeling. There is even a rental company at the beach for kayaks, paddleboards, and other water toys. There are two great restaurants and a very nice pool on site. The Ritz is close enough to walk to, for other nearby dining options. And we loved our dinner at Sunset Grille, just a 5 minute drive down the street. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay here.

Emily was reactive, and gave us all the useful information, and even could manage an early check in. The place is great, well located, 5 min walk to Sapphire Beach, and it is very easy to park a car if you rent one, in a secured environment.

We loved our stay on Sapphire Beach. The place was exactly as described. Perfect location right on the beach. Beautiful views and nice bar and food options right next door. The pool area was also very nice, and there is a taxi service right on the property which was very convenient. Darryl picked us up from the airport and made sure we felt right at home. This was the perfect spot for our Virgin Island getway. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back!!

We had a lovely stay at Thomas’s place! Clear communication and very friendly. The condo was very clean and provided all amenities listed! Easy walk to the beach and the backpack beach chairs provided made it even easier to get there. What a little gem paradise! We will be renting again.

Enjoyed myself thoroughly! More info on the shuttle up and down the big hills should be added. Sun&Sea Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was the bomb! Hot water was ample, beach chairs and snorkeling gear were provided. Nice place to stay as you explore the STT and STJ!

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean! Chris and Carol were excellent hosts. Very informative and communicated well. Responsive and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The AC worked great!!! Definitely follow the recommended temperature, it stays very comfortable. We did not want to leave!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Great host. Comfortable bed and amenities. The condo had a gorgeous view where we got to have coffee each morning. Heidi was accommodating as we arrived a little early. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Best view and breeze you could ask for. The resort is relaxed and not crowded. You can always find a chair at the pool or enjoy the 3 beaches. Highly recommend Jessica’s place.
