We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment/condo was very cute and nicely decorated. It was very close to the seawall, pier, and dining. Mike was an excellent host and we would definitely stay with them again in the future.

The Family and I were jaw dropped on our experience with this location. Had a peaceful and relaxing time. We plan on coming back soon.

I almost don't want to rate our stay because we want to stay here anytime we are on the coast. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good and fishing was decent. We happened to catch a week of 85degree highs and 75 lows. pay the $2 toll to find open beaches. The closest beach goers were 100 yards or more away from us. Most of other units are permanent residents and extremely friendly. Watermans restaurant across the street, catch live mullet in ditch next to complex for free bait. they provide kayaks, crabs traps. so many extras i cant recommend this place enough. A small alligator came around when I dumped left over bait from crab traps. I luckily wasn't close enough to try to wrewrestle it. Another gator came to say hello when I was fishing close to golf course. They are small but be vigilant with small kids or pets.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Rosa. Not only was the rental larger than we expected, it was very well-appointed and clean. And Rosa was a superb host…very responsive, friendly, and communicative, and also very helpful when we encountered unexpected delays in our departure date. This was a great rental, and we hope to come back!

Perfect place for a getaway. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to just relax for a few days. Even though a condo, it felt private. The location was excellent too - away from the busy part of the island and a very close walk to the beach. The beach was clean, private, and empty despite a Spring Break week. We’d definitely book again!

We recently stayed at this spacious beach house in the Jamaica Beach area of Galveston, Texas, and it was an incredible experience. The house offers a fantastic view and is just a short walk to the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The property comfortably accommodated our group of four, providing ample space so we never felt cramped. We especially appreciated the covered parking, which was perfect for our motorcycles. The upstairs area features a large living room and kitchen, with access to a patio equipped with a table and chairs—ideal for sitting and chatting while enjoying the view. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and pantry basics, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the full-size washer and dryer, along with the dishwasher, added to the convenience of our stay. Our host was excellent, communicating clearly and being very friendly throughout our stay. We loved the setup, location, and overall comfort of the house.

Mike’s property was everything it claimed to be and more. Great space, great location, and great host. I would recommend anyone staying on the island to book with Mike. Thanks again Mike for the top notch hospitality!

This place is super clean and literally steps from the beach.. we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. There is a nice chill beach bar right across the street... ended up with some free beers and crawdads.. what else do you really need for a good time?? Beach Babe for the win!

The stay with Vacasa was great! It was away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still close enough to drive to the beach and shops.

Renee's place is in great locality to SSHR in case anyone needs to attend conference there. I can't see any listing that can beat the price. I slept so well in the comforty bed, using my own private bathroom. Great amennities.

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! The space is perfect - the deck and patio are beautiful and the three bathrooms are so convenient. I hadn’t had a chance to reach out about check-in instructions but I didn’t have to because they were sent before lunch on check-in day. Love that there is a private garage and a fenced-in front yard. Super close to the ferry and the seawall and walking distance to the beach. You can’t beat this place for the price!

We stayed here for a full week and loved it. There’s two balconies with beautiful views. You can walk to the beach in 1 min, it’s very close and convenient. They even have an outdoor shower and rinse off area for chairs and stuff. I love fishing and there’s a bait shop directly across the street. We did catch some fish from the coast side. You can also rent surfboards etc from Ricks across the street, there is a grocery store next door and nearby restaurants. You don’t need to leave the area! The host was very responsive! The price was great for the space. We will be back!

We loved every minute of our stay. The house is beautiful and well cared for. We were traveling with 2 children who both sleep in cribs still and we requested a second pack and play (for an additional small fee) and Laurie said yes immediately. There were even baby gates. It is difficult to find places that can accommodate young children so all of this was a major plus as a parent. Additionally, the beach is just steps away so no long walks or drives necessary. There were lots of beach toys along with beach chairs and even a wagon and cooler. The house is definitely on a quieter part of the island, which we personally loved. There is a small grocery store minutes away. We highly recommend this place to anyone, but especially those traveling with young children.

Really enjoyed my stay at this home. Host was extremely responsive and a joy to work with. The owner put a lot of thought into every detail. Not only was the home beautiful with stunning views, but the home provided everything we needed for fun on the beach or family game night in the home. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation. Looking forward to many future stays.

We loved staying at this home! Location could not have been more perfect, we had a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to dinner. The place was beautiful and host was super communicative. I highly recommend!

This place was perfect we will for sure look to stay here again in the future. It was close to everything we wanted to do. It had wonderful little touches all around. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen but we know that all the utensils you would need are there.
