This was a perfect place that was small but set up very comfortable for two people. Plenty of storage as well as Chad had thought of everything. You really didn't need a thing.He was always checking in to see if there was anything that we needed and had made sure that we had a perfect stay. I highly recommend this place or any other listing's under Chad.Excellent Host!!!

Such a bright and well appointed space! Colors in the room are beautiful and light. I especially appreciate the extra closet space and desk to work on. Estervina greeted me on arrival and helped with getting me oriented. Location is close to great restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions. I am so glad I found this lovely little gem. And thank you to the great hosts!

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Great find for this side of Ocala, so close to mom and dad and I will be suggesting it for next time friends and family want to come visit us!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This was a great find. The reviews of some of the area hotels were a bit scary, so I was glad to find Palmetto Place. The hosts live on the property, and they make sure that their guests have everything they need and that all is well. And, even though they live there, the privacy of their guests is assured. The apartment is separate from their living area. With the kitchen amenities, I ate breakfast and dinner there almost every day. Max, the Concierge Dog, is friendly and welcoming.😀

Everything was very clean and very spacious! There is plenty of things to do in the area. The place served us well!

This was just what we needed for a quick night stay with our young family. Our host directed us to a nearby park for our little ones to burn off some energy after a long day in the car, very helpful and responsive.

We loved our stay here!! It was quiet, easy to find, peaceful and fun! Us Canadians found a way to enjoy the pool the first week of March. The cats were an awesome bonus, so incredibly sweet. Our hosts were amazing. Home away from home.

You will love Terri's aesthetic the moment you step into this 2 bed/1 bath home in Dade City. From the cool colors of deep blue with pops of gold and the welcoming sign with fresh baked cookies...This place is a gem! I highly recommend it if you are looking to have a relaxing stay. It's ideally located close to an event venue in San Antonio, Fl where we visited for a family wedding. The house smells fresh and it's spotless with a full size washer and dryer which is a definite plus. The beds are extremely comfortable. You can count on a restful night's sleep. Finally, Terri's thoughtfulness of having toys available for my 18 month grandson was a big hit! If travel plans call for anywhere close to Dade City...I would choose this property again and again.

Winter break from Ohio weather , was alittle chiller than we thought , but not stormie issue , lives the little place and was perfect for my dtr and I get away ! Cleaning people forgot toilet paper and stormie was going to have some delivered for us which was thoughtful but not needed , would definitely come back !

This Airbnb and its host, Cindy, deserve six stars! Great location; serene, in nature, yet close to everywhere. Superbly clean, elegantly decorated, full of functional and welcoming details. Excellent communication with the host.

Great stay! We didn't get in until 2:30am - easy to find and easy access for entry. Lights were on waiting for us. It was only 3 miles from my father who is a snowbird in Homosassa which was great! Very clean. Has everything you need for your stay. New appliances. Safe area. Restaurants and bars close by. Would stay again.

Sandy was the absolute best! She made our stay so easy and made sure we felt right at home. Check in was a breeze and I felt if I needed anything or had any questions at all I didn’t need to hesitate at all. The room was so clean and set up wonderful. It is truly the best place for a weekend, or week long, get away with no stress.

We had such a peaceful and wonderful stay at Kate and John's Airbnb! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Kate and John were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. Their sweet dog, Spike, was a delightful bonus! The space was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bed was super comfortable. Evenings spent in the hot tub were the perfect way to unwind. Kate and John also provided great recommendations for local grocery stores and beautiful parks for walking, which made our stay even better. Overall, this was an incredible stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

Beautifully renovated condo with all the necessities provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was outstanding. The bathroom was large with a nice size stand up shower and good water pressure. The patio was a nice spot to enjoy the sunrise with my morning coffee and provided an excellent view of the 15th hole tee box. The heated pool was never crowded and was only a short walk away. The resort itself was beautifully landscaped with many varieties of trees and vegetation throughout. The many ponds on the property were abundant with all kinds of birds and wildlife. The property is in a great location with major roads, restaurants and shopping centers close by. My host Annie was friendly and very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable residence on a beautiful piece of property in a great location.

What a fabulous find! Sasa’s place was so cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor seating were wonderful for relaxing, reading, and wildlife viewing. We kayaked, explored the sponge docks, went to the beach, and had delicious coffee at Urban Grounds. Sasa was so helpful and prompt at addressing all of our needs! If you want to visit Tarpon Springs, book this place!! You’ll be so glad you did!

This is our second year at Rich's place. We love the layout of this unit. Nice and roomy with generous sized bedrooms. We love that we can entertain our guests in comfort. This unit is on the first floor so we really enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go past.

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.
