The house is super clean and it has everything you need. Penny is super sweet and even ask us what we want for snacks and drinks which we definitely enjoyed. I highly recommend this place to friends and to whoever wants to be away from the busy city life.

Very clean convenient house with all the amenities of a spa hotel and the most comfortable mattress I have even slept on!! Great fenced backyard and very convenient to horse show.

Our stay was very nice! The house was spotless, smelled like an essential oil diffuser which I've smelled at expensive hotels. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of items that we could possibly need, including a line up of spices and paper goods (I had small kids with me so plastic cups were perfect). I was plesantly surprise when walking in to see how new the place looked given some of the house wasn't captured in the pictures and there wasn't an outside picture. I honestly don't have any complaints and I'm very picky on places I stay. The neighborhood looks very new with plenty of houses in the subdivision. Paul was very proactive in his emails and instructions were very clear. I would recommend staying here.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in! Super clean! Great amenities - including a stocked coffee bar. Perfect if traveling with pets or kids. Plus it’s in a great location! Will be booking again

Absolutely beautiful home. We had a relaxing family weekend away for a wedding and it was the perfect way to relax after all the wedding festivities. The sunrises are stunning!!!

We came to swim with the manatees, this was a great place for our family to stay. It was a short drive and looked like the photos.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Chelsea’s beautiful Airbnb. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. We spent countless hours enjoying the pristine pool, which quickly became a favorite spot for both the kids and adults. The waterfront views were simply breathtaking. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, making meal preparations a breeze and allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals together. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

ABSOLUTLEY THE BEST!!! A MUST STAY!!! The way Rome has made this place feel like home is incredible down to the squeaky clean environment, pool time luxuries and the decorations! Rome has been responsive and so workable to adjust to the changes in our schedule and always responsive to us! Rome treated us like family making changes for us that she didn't even have to do, due to our flight delays. The heated pool provided us such a relaxing time. This is located in a peaceful community, quiet and laid back yet less than 3 miles to all the happenings of Crystal River Manatee tour attractions, restaurants and shops. Rome has a detailed book of local recommendations that was so helpful and were able to make quick decisions without having to research on our own and wasting any time. We definitely will be back!!

Had my wedding here this last weekend! David and everyone was so friendly, helpful and made us feel like family! The property itself is amazing! Horses are friendly and love attention! House was amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough!

This place was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

The house is just a few steps from the water and getting out on the kayaks was amazing. Nice quiet street with no noise at all! Great house if you’re in the Crystal River area!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were very accommodating with any questions I had, and our group absolutely loved kayaking to Homosassa river straight from the Airbnb! The location was so beautiful and lush, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cute home, felt like we were at a family home. We celebrated Christmas there and it was perfect. We were able to go everywhere easily, the neighborhood was very quiet but the people we did see were extremely nice. Great place to stay.

Jamie’s listing was our home away from home while staying in crystal river. All the rooms were furnished with cozy mattresses and bedding. Ac & heat worked perfectly and lots of outdoor room to explorer and enjoy our free time. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Second time I have stayed here and love it every time. Super comfortable and love the atmosphere. My dog and I loved the big yard!! Hope to come back next year!!

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Scallops and Manatees property was wonderful! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The special touch of coffee and snacks was unexpected. That made for such an easy first morning when we were on an early manatee tour. The furniture was extremely comfortable, including the bed! This was the first place that we looked forward to spending time in and got in an afternoon nap. Cary left specific instructions that were easy to follow for parking, check out and local recommendations. We'll definitely stay again!

Donna and Karen were very responsive anytime we had a question. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house was nicely furnished and clean. Having the private access to the Rio Vista Park is a plus. Very nice park within walking distance of the house if you choose. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area.
