Elena is definitely a super fantastic host. I personally felt the apartment to be warm, safe, clean, and inviting. I would stay again.

We stayed here for 5 nights while in Havana and it was wonderful! The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making sure we can have the best experience possible. The area is nice and close to the ocean. It is outside of the main Old/Central Havana area but it is only a few minutes away by taxi. There are several things nearby the apartment. We would definitely recommend Ana and Pedro’s place for your visit to Havana!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. Le balcon avec la vue sur le Malecon est très sympa. Pas de problème d'eau car il y a une réserve de secours en cas de manque d'eau. Hôte très arrangeante. Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour.

Veldig fin leilighet med fantastisk utsikt over havet og Malecon! Ved min neste reise til Havana vil jeg bo her igjen. Alt var rent og fint, og et hyggelig område i byen. Javier var rutinert og behjelpelig selv om vi ikke hadde felles språk. Han laget en helt fantastisk frokost til oss- mye og variert god mat, for 9€ per person. Vi fikk også lov å oppbevare bagasjen der selv om vi kom før, og reiste etter utsjekkingstid- fordi det ikke var til hinder for andre gjester. Vi fikk også hjelp med å bestille taxi og lokale anbefalinger. Takk for et fint opphold!

This apartment can only be described as a Magical place, from it’s amazing locating in front of Hotel Nacional de Cuba which is an Icon of the Cuban culture, the quality of the people visiting the building, so close to restaurants and entertainment places, taxi access 24 hrs a day without the need to wait for it, beautiful view from the balcony , clean place, very well maintained, nice decoration, original bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, very quiet for relaxing and a romantic get away. Gabriela was not only helpful but she went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, her father Roberto waited for me in front of the building to give me a tour of the place and to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The only problem I had was not having enough time to stay longer. This place made me fall in love with Habana again.

Stunning apartment, decorated with great taste, mixing modern and colonial era features.m with tropical vegetation. Every little detail has been taken care of. Great communication with Óscar Javier and excellent attention from the lovely housekeepers, who keep the house spotless clean. This place was a highlight of our stay in Trinidad. Very highly recommended!

Sin dudas alguna superó nuestras expectativas. El lugar al que siempre regresaremos. Todo es tal cual lo describen. La ubicación es inmejorable, el orden la limpieza es impecable. La anfitriona nos hizo sentir como en casa. Los desayunos eran excelentes. Muy recomendable.

très bon accueil. Logement agréable, bien équipé intérieur et extérieur (canapé, chaises longues face à la mer). Superbe vue sur la mer. Place de parking fermé. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel présent uniquement quand on en a besoin. Je recommande ce logement.

The Loft is phenomenal! Look no further for your stay in La Habana (Vedado area). It is very lovely and spacious. Our favorite aspects were the large windows that infiltrated with ambient light. Additionally, the private balcony served as a perfect spot for meals and my office for a few moments of work. Please note if working remotely to download a VPN prior to arrival as I encountered a restricted website and had to use my personal phone as a hotspot to register. The area is very walkable and near the Main Street (Calle 23). You can find fresh produce on food carts on several corners and a larger street market on Calle 27. Zunilda and Malena were very attentive and responsive. We were provided a smartphone w/ local SIM that served also as our hotspot, make sure to request at minimum 1000 pesos of data if working remote and/or streaming (per week) or purchase own SIM card. We had a wonderful stay at casa densil. However, it’s important to note the following: - if you are looking for a 5-star luxury stay in a high end neighborhood, this may not be for you. - if you are looking to live amongst the people, experience the culture, and truly see the city, this is the place for you We always felt safe walking (we didn’t typically stay out past 10pm), but the neighborhood(s) surrounding casa densil are pretty run down. But the location was great for us as we were able to walk almost anywhere within 10-15 min. The amenities were limited, but we had hot running water, electricity, food & beverage, beds and functioning air conditioning However, what made casa densil an unforgettable stay was less about the location and amenities, it was the people. I will fail to name them all, but we literally had 9 people committed around the clock to making our stay memorable. They were swift to help us out with literally anything. We will never forget them!

We spent a special days at the house, Mina's attention was spectacular, that lady is special. We will return. Pasamos unos días especiales en l casa y Mina es un amor de persona, ella hizo especial nuestra estancia.

Un buen lugar, grande y bonito. Suficiente para 4 o más personas. Nosotros siendo dos, nos sentíamos con muchísimo espacio. Todo lindo y ordenado, con piezas especiales en su decoración. Camas cómodas y en general todo el lugar. No contamos con internet wifi, no se nos avisó que era con adquisición previa de tarjeta, además no contamos con electricidad en algunos momentos, que si sabemos no depende del anfitrión.

Un muy buen alojamiento con todo lo que puedes necesitar y en una gran ubicación . Sarahí estuvo muy al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesite y siempre trato de ayudarme . En general el departamento es cómodo y agradable , recomiendo este lugar para quien sea que vaya de visita a la habana . Gracias

Estoy muy feliz de que hayamos logrado encontrar un alojamiento donde la pasamos muy bien en La Habana, Cuba. Y nuestro anfitrión Calixto fue particularmente atractivo. Parece que realmente proporcionó un momento agradable y memorable. Pasar un buen rato en un alojamiento es extremadamente importante y, obviamente, las habilidades de hospitalidad de Calixto contribuyeron mucho a eso. Su amabilidad, amabilidad y disponibilidad probablemente fueron fundamentales para que nos sintiéramos como en casa y encontráramos todo lo que necesitábamos. El alojamiento fue de alta calidad donde se cubrieron todas nuestras necesidades básicas y pudimos relajarnos y recargar energías entre exploraciones. La Habana en Cuba es una ciudad emocionante y estoy seguro de que encontró muchos lugares de interés y experiencias interesantes. La excelente ubicación de la propiedad nos permitió explorar fácilmente la ciudad y acceder a sitios culturales e históricos. Agradecemos a Calixto y su esposa por todo.

Die Unterkunft sieht fantastisch aus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden hier immer wieder hingehen. Kleiner Hinweis: Das Einzelbett ist recht kurz, also eher für Kinder geeignet.

El apartamento es espectacular. La limpieza le Doy un 100 sinceramente a sido el mejor lugar que he podido alojarme en la habana! Lo recomiendo un 120% quisiera regresar

I had a wonderful stay with Gabriel and Maria. I was traveling by myself and looking for a place I could relax and not worry. Gabriel and Maria were so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable trip. The apartment is well-appointed and has a beautiful view of the sea. They were so gracious when I asked to have a flexible check in/check out due to my flights. They provided me with a map with the best restaurants and beaches. They called me a taxi when I wanted to go to a nearby beach and they when I needed to go back to the city. I cannot recommend this place enough and I would love to come back soon!

Das Apartment von Yonni ist sehr schön, ruhig mit Klimaanlage , das Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet , die Strand ist 2 straße entfernt von das Apartment, es gibt Parkplätz auf den Grundstück. Yonni ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zur 5 in das Apartment und es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle .Wir werden wieder kommen .Muchas Gracias

Ficamos 10 dias na acomodação da Irenia. Infelizmente não tivemos tempo para conhecê-la, pois nossos dias em Havana foram muito intensos, devido ao propósito da nossa viagem, mas fomos muito bem cuidados pela nossa amiga Patrícia. Um amor de pessoa, que nos ajudou em tudo. Contratamos o café da manhã e todos os dias foi preparado para nós com muito amor e carinho. Ao lado da acomodação está sendo construído um hotel, e havia trabalho até 2h. Outro ponto apenas de atenção é a quantidade de de pernilongos, mas acredito muito que seja por conta da obra. Interessante levar repelente para espantá-los. Ao demais o local é muito amplo, limpo, muito bem cuidado, ótima localização e novamente elogio o trabalho da Patrícia. O cuidado e o carinho conosco foi tanto, que até flores recebemos no aniversário de uma das hóspedes, nos sentimos muito gratos pela repeceptividade. Ótimo custo X benefício. Muito obrigada Irenia e muitooooo obrigada Patrícia.

Excelente ubicación, rodeada de los lugares claves de La Habana. Alojamiento limpio y muy cómodo. Yoandra muy cálida y buena onda, siempre respondió rápidamente y de forma amable.
