TL:DR The apartment & service exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back again. Mister Navi's place is a clean, really spacious and calming place. It is very near the famous Hotel Nacional where we visited on daily basis to get a few drinks and access the internet. Vedado location means there is plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The Team Navi is super easy to communicate and Yayme responded almost instantly whenever we needed to contact her. She also greeted us during the arrival and gave clear instructions regarding the practicalities, such as taxis, money exchange, shops, internet and so forth. Also, I bet there is no such thing The Team Navi cannot get organized should you get out and about in Havana. Extra special: housekeeping is top notch. The lady and her Mom took care that we had fully loaded fridge all the time, clean sheets & towels but they also went the extra mile and did the laundry for us. They were extremely punctual and started to prepare breakfast according to our desired daily schedule, even though we did not speak Spanish to communicate properly. Good: fully stocked fridge 24/7, spacious bedrooms, comfortable bed. Not so good: internet access. Signal strength was OK, the router seemed to work but obviously Cuban service provider could not handle two iPhones or vice versa. The connection worked sometimes and short duration but most of the time we went to Hotel Nacional, which is always a good excuse to take a short walk (plus enjoy an ice cold pina colada). Pro tip: you need to turn on the tap for 1-2 minutes to get warm water. Thank you Mr. Navi & Team

Un excellent séjour chez Leibis qui a contribué à tout le positif de mon passage sur Viñales. La piscine est ensoleillée et très agréable au bout d une impasse. Le petit dejeuner au top, Leibis est très attentionnée et m'a aidé à Booker plusieurs visites/reservations. Nous sommes quasiment au dans le centre à qq minutes à pied. Je recommande absolument. Au plaisir.

This was our second time staying at Julieta’s place, and we loved it even more than the first. The home is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located right on the beach. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and thoughtful care from Maura and Fidel. During our trip, my dad had a medical emergency while we were returning from a restaurant, and we didn’t know what to do. Fidel quickly arranged transportation to a nearby clinic, and both he and Maura stayed in constant contact with us, checking in and calling to see how my dad was feeling. Their kindness and support meant the world to us. We can’t wait to return next year!

Miledys houde was perfect for our family. Very spacious and confortable. Miledys herself has been an amazing Host ;) We highly recommend this place!

As acomodações são lindas e tem um estilo rural. A comida me fez sentir como no meu país. Alejandro e Marielis nos ajudaram em tudo que precisávamos. Tivemos uma experiência incrível com os charutos cubanos! super recomendo!!!!

We just returned home, and I must say although we never meet Angeles Maria, she communicated with us. But Yaima she was with us every step of the way. Because my arrival to the apartment was very late hours of the day ( almost like too early hours of the day ) she was following up with us in every possible way making sure all our needs and requests were cared for . Yaima gave us a list of places to eat and was very helpful The apartment was very open and clean and we were even able to cook breakfast sometimes Prior our leave I had a early morning flight and Yaima was there early making sure we could do the apartment walk in time to make it to airport If you are looking for a rental with a great attention to the needs and details, this is one of them

We really enjoyed our time at the Casa Azul. We plan to make another trip, just to stay there. Maikel was an excellent resource and help locally! We felt so safe. He saved the day many times and helped us find the best local restaurant Oasis! Thank you so much for wonderful hospitality and friendship at Casa Azul!
