This was such an incredible stay. We loved the farm and so did our dogs. They spent a long weekend off leash romping around with Luke’s very sweet dog and admiring his stunning Percheron and thoroughbred. My husband and I agreed, petting horses is good for the soul. His log cabin was disassembled, re located, and re built by him. He’s adorned it with a selection of antiques and reclaimed pieces that are truly enchanting and create such a fabulously unique atmosphere that was truly one of a kind. Prior to our stay I had read the reviews mentioning he had antiques and asked about local stores. Not only did he make recommendations, he stopped in 3 locations and got cards for us from each and let them know we may stop by prior to our arrival. We are already looking at dates for our next stay. This place is truly a slice of heaven on earth and an ode to unique and wonderful things that have existed in the world long before we existed and a display of creativity and craftsmanship. We had a great stay at Lake Anna chalet. Everything we needed for a comfortable weekend, beds were very comfortable everything was extremely clean and kitchen was very well equipped. Thank you Christine, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. The house and property were beautiful. There were some great breweries and wineries nearby too. This was the perfect setting for a peaceful, relaxing weekend getaway. Michele was an excellent host - very thoughtful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

A clean and attractive modern country cottage that is clearly designed for AirBnB travelers. Good lighting and seating. Lots of linens and toiletries. Firm but comfortable beds. A thoughtful touch is the bedside tables with reading lamps and built-in outlets, including USB. Good closet space, though no shelves or dressers. We found plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamer, and a few drinks in the fridge, though no snacks like others have mentioned (but that was fine--we bring our own!). Tons of outdoor space that is great for families, kids, and pets. We will hope that Cozy Corner is available for our next visit to the area. p.s.: Finding the property and entering the house after dark is a little tricky; we recommend asking the host for additional information if you will be doing that. And as others have mentioned, there does appear to be an exterior security camera, even though the listing says that there is not.

Very nice, clean, comfortable house. Private & peaceful location! Perfect place to get away from work in the city. Host was very responsive and ensured we were taken care of. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay a Christopher’s place. The house is big with an open floor concept that allows you to easily spend time with family. The game room was a big hit with everyone. The driveway is very long and steep, but it’s worth the views at the top. Christopher was a great host that quickly responded to messages. We would recommend to anyone looking for a house in the area.
