Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

primero agradecer la rapidez de los mensajes,👏 la amabilidad y el lugar me fascinó,😍 una experiencia muy agradable, diferente; la casita impecable, un primor🏡👌, la cama: cómoda, las sábanas: suaves, el baño es chico pero cumple a la perfección la función. la ducha es genial, desayunar en el muelle con esa vista y la tranquilidad del lugar es mágico🌅. la noche sumamente tranquila no circula nadie ni los perritos ladran.❤️ a 2 cuadras hay una despensa ó Pedidos Ya Market !! también una rotisería. es ideal para vivir unos días en PAZ. digamos que es único y especial, y la dueña Jimena la mejor anfitriona! muchas gracias 😊😘😘

My friends and I had a great time here! It was perfect for walking to different parts of Palermo and also close to several parks, etc. They were super responsive every time we had a question, and very friendly and accommodating of our early check-in request. Highly recommend! Great place to have as your headquarters while exploring the beautiful BA.

Fui a un recital al movistar arena, la ubicación es ideal, a 2 cuadras. Dpto cómodo, muy lindo!

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.
