Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

The unit is as "cute" as advertised, spotlessly clean, and quite comfortable. It is close to the beach, nice restaurants, and downtown Long Beach. Sandy is a proactive, responsive host who anticipates potential problems, and she answers guest questions immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay at her place, and we will book it again, the next time we are in Long Beach.

New construction ADU (accessory dwelling unit) in a quiet and very peaceful neighborhood in an LA suburb. Closer to Disneyland than downtown LA but right in the middle of SO many Southern California sites and attractions. Super clean, but smaller place. Owners live in home on property so they are very responsive and helpful with any needs. Highly recommend.

Location was close to downtown HB, Pacific City, beach, local grocery stores, and coffee shop. We found parking in neighborhood to be easy. Backyard was spacious with dinning table, lounge chairs, and fire pit. House was large enough for the two of us. Living room space is small but that’s what outdoor space is for. 😀 Had a lovely stay.

The beds were very comfortable! House was clean and had everything we needed. Felt very comfortable with 3 adults and 3 kids. The hot tub cannot be used on rain days and unfortunately the weather was bad the entire time we were there so unable to use. The game room was a hit with the kids and the adults loved playing pool. House has great features like auto lights for bathrooms. This was a great spot to be especially after leaving the Disney parks around all the crowds. Quiet neighborhood and home is at the end. Would have enjoyed back yard more if weather were better. Plenty of stores and food choices nearby. We will definitely return during nicer weather! Thank you!
