This place was amazing. Very easy to find and park. The views every evening and morning straight out to the mountains were just beautiful. The layout is perfect for family’s and the walk straight down the stairs to the middle of Thredbo couldn’t be better. We will definitely try and stay again here, perhaps even a yearly trip !!

A great little place to stay near the snow. We were allowed to drop our things in early on the way to ski fields. They also let us charge our electric vehicle from an outdoor power point. Very handy when only one charging station in Jindabyne was working! Alpacas were cute and some lovely birdlife around too.

From start to finish, our stay in Yakandandah was an absolute delight! The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home...we settled in so easily. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still offering the most peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch, from a fully equipped kitchen and cosy bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The property and views were just stunning...and with the gorgeous and friendly jersey cows grazing in the foreground it was picturesque. We really were in awe of this place. Our host Quinton was very welcoming, responsive, and ensured our stay was comfortable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we would love to return some time in future

We had a fantastic stay in Crackenback at the cottage - the kitchen had everything we needed and lots of space for the whole family. The outlook over the fields was amazing with horses, kangaroos and deer to keep us all entertained. The location was great to explore the surrounding area and we especially enjoyed the Wild Brumby distillery just a few minutes away. The only downside was the proximity of the separate studio which meant we could hear everything from the family of 3 staying there with two very large dogs.

We found the house was exactly as described. It was roomy and well appointed. 10 of us fitted quite easily. Lots of windows with great views of the bush and nature - we saw deer and kangaroos early morning, much to the delight of our grandchildren . Warm with the underfloor heating and fireplace. Not far from either Thredbo or Jindabyne. A distillery to visit just down the road. Our hosts, Andrea and Greg, live seperately onsite, are lovely welcoming and friendly people, and are nearby in case of emergencies, and are happy to share local knowledge. We loved it.

Great accomodation for a large group of people. Everything you need, and just overall a beautiful home. Can't compliment the place enough, and would definetly recommend to others wanting to visit the area, both during the ski season or all year round.

Nice and clean space in a good location. Walking distance from town which is good.
