Great location. Close to Key West without being down in all the chaos the entire time. Lived that CVS, Roostica (good Italian and pizza) and a delicious French bakery were all within walking distance.

Nous avons apprécié le fait que la maison était bien équipée pour la plage (chaise, glacière, parasol, jeux, etc. ) et nous avons adoré les vélos mis à notre disposition. Mon garçon a pêché dans le canal, nous y avons vu des pélicans et des manatees. Nous avons bien mangé dans les restos aux alentours et nous sommes allés visiter l’hôpital des tortues. Jeffrey a été un hôte proactif, à l’écoute et aidant.

We rented Ryan’s home during the week of our wedding in Key West — much more reasonably priced than KW, and only about an hour away. Home is clean, modern, well appointed. Heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family, especially kids (worth the extra charge). The pool was dirty when we arrived so when Ryan saw pics he deemed it unacceptable and sent a cleaner out to address it right away — he had a delicious key lime pie delivered for the inconvenience, which was a sweet gesture. It was good to have 2 wings to separate the bedrooms (main plus queen both with private baths on one end). We had 10 people in the home (including 4 kids) and had ample space. Helpful to have chairs and cooler for beach (umbrella didn’t hold up to windy day) — Sombrero beach while crowded was nice. Lighting outside to enjoy outdoors at night could be better, but awning to shade the chairs from sun during day is a great feature. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for music. We’d come back! Thanks, Ryan!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

We have done many AIRBNBS and this was what we expected. Extremely clean, and everything that was advertised. The location was perfect, and close to many local restaurants that we enjoyed. Would consider going back and would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been in the area before.

We had a 5 star stay at Isabella’s Airbnb home! We had 10 guests and all had a place to sleep, place to sit and eat if we all wanted to sit together at the dining table and plenty of room there! We loved her home and our stay there!! Isabella remembered that we were there on vacation celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday and went out of her way to buy a key lime pie and balloon to have waiting for us/my mom when we arrived! That was very thoughtful and sweet of her!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Great location away from the tourist area! House was warm and welcoming. Comfy beds and nicely outfitted.

This home was absolutely beautiful!! It was exactly what we had hoped for, We were a family of 4 with my husband and I, with are two sons, ages 17 & 20, plus ones girlfriend age 16. We wanted a nice family vacation without the spring break chaos & this was it! This home was so clean yet cozy, had all the necessities we needed, everyone had their own room and bathroom which was super!!! This home could definitely accomodate so many more if you wanted to do so. We were the only ones there at the time, so we had the pool area to ourselves which we loved sooooo much! We played bags by the pool daily, swam during day & at night. The home had a great deck with a wonderful grill, we made slushy drinks with the ninja blender, anything you wanted this place had! We traveled to Key West a couple times which was nice and close, about a 30 minute drive. All in all this place is top notch! Don't hesitate to book! It's worth it!! LOVED this Home!! & Nate was a spectacular host!!!

I like this place and would stay here again. The location is excellent; it’s close to all Key West activities yet located on a relatively quiet street. We were fortunate to find free parking on Thomas Street right in front. The room was clean and large enough to spread our things out. Management responds to requests quickly. The furnishings are a little spartan and water pressure not the best but all in all, a good place to base yourself while visiting Key West.

Perfect place to stay for our anniversary! Only “complaint” is I wish they had a washer/dryer which is so small in comparison of everything this place has to offer! Walkable to everything, steps from Duval St but is still very quiet. Owners quickly respond to any ?’s I had. Definitely would stay again!

This place was perfect. Clean, spacious, convenient. And even with the club across the street it was quiet in our unit. The balcony is a good people watching spot and just a relaxing place to enjoy coffee. Cart rentals across the street and plenty of restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops surrounding the building. Easy walk to all places.

Excellent location, very walkable to everything we wanted to do and see! Clean, well kept, and cute. Would visit again!

Walking distance to many of the local hangouts, Restaurants, bars and more. Everett was very accommodating and responsive to the few questions we had. Looking forward to staying here again our next time in KW!!!!

Excelente lugar para relajarse muy tranquilo y seguro. Disfruté mi estadía para reencontrarme conmigo misma. Queda a 1 hora y 15 minutos aproximadamente de Key West y es cómodo conducir en auto hasta allá para disfrutar de las playas.

Great location. I love the privacy of the condominiums, while only two blocks away from Duval. Clean and well stocked, and I loved that this Airbnb didn’t require a lot of maintenance to leave. Basically just need to make sure the doors were locked and that the temperature was set. I still cleaned anyway, but it was nice to not have the stress. Very close to the pool which was great for my kids.

A beautiful condo in a resort community close to many Key West adventures and restaurants. The balcony offers absolutely incredible views of the tranquil water, birds, and stars at night. The views of the sunrise and sunset were stunning. Condo was very nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. Pool was great too. Would love to stay here again!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

This great little place on Duck Key had so much to offer for being a home away from home. All the amenities to make it flexible for us to dine in some nights and go out others. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Our stay was during the unfortunate fires down highway 1 and she kept us up to date on the road situations so we knew if we were able to get down there. She checked in on us after arrival and offered early check in so we could get there while the roads were open. We can’t wait to go back and make it a family tradition!

We enjoyed our stay at Eric’s place! The attention to detail was great. There was everything we needed from q-tips to beach/pool supplies. Location was buzzing with people yet still quiet and enjoyable at night. Very peaceful and the perfect place to crash after a long day hitting the beach and exploring.

PERFECTION!!! I have so many great things to say about our stay. First, the condo was beautiful and fully stocked. It even had plenty of soap, toiletries, paper products etc to get you started. Yuni was the perfect host and answered all questions and gave clear instructions. The balcony was huge. It was enough for the family to eat and lounge all while enjoying the beach and pool views! Key Colony Beach is a charming community we walked to the sunset multiple nights. My kids aged 10,8,7 did not want to leave. The complex had very friendly retirees and a handful of families with kids. Everyone was super respectful and friendly. The pool was super clean and warm. The beach was groomed each night and the kid had plenty of room to play on the sand and hunt for shells and hermit crabs. Marathon is a great Key to stay on - close to lots of fun activities. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely rent this condo again! It’s perfect for families!

Very nice condo. Very clean unit. Would stay again. Only inconvenience was no bathroom on the main level. But 2 bathrooms on the upper level. Great value for the price.

Loved our stay here! Was a calm and peaceful break but we were able to drive into the bustle of Key West when we wanted too. With two adults and two kids we enjoyed being able to walk to Smathers beach. Everything we needed was right there!! Would stay there again!

Very nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Lyft and Uber are always available to get you to where you want to go or rent a golf cart. Very responsive host, we will definitely be back.
