Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir evdi, her şey temiz kokuyordu. Sunulan tüm imkanlar iyiydi. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu. Neredeyse ev ile ilgili her şey mükemmeldi. Sadece kaldığımızın 2.günü yoğun yağış sebebiyle evi su bastı. Fakat ev çabucak temizlendi, ıslanan eşyalar yenileriyle değiştirildi. Temizliğe gelen çift çok tatlıydı. Bu durumla alakalı ev sahibinden bir özür beklerdik. Yine de yardımcı oldu ve her aradığımızda ona ulaşabildik, bundan dolayı memnun kaldık.

Merhabalar öncelikle ilk girişte biraz tedirgin olsanizda evi görünce tüm endişeleriniz gidiyor. Sakin ve huzur içinde tatil yapmak için muhteşem bir yer. Ev sahibimiz ilgili ve tüm sorunları çözmek adına garetli idi hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ama olsada çözerdi. Ev ve havuz sorunsuzdu ve temizdi. Yazılan herşey mevcuttu fazlası ile. Herşey sağlam ve çalışıyordu. internet wifi bağlantısı vardı. villanın yanında bahçe ekmisler istediginiz gibi alabiliyor olmak çok güzeldi. meyva ağaçları vardı. klima iki tane sorunsuz olarak çalışıyor. Market 5 dk mesafede aradığınızı buluyorsunuz. Kaş merkeze 19 km. Etrafta seralar olmasına rağmen sinek böcek yok denecek kadar azdı. Biz 5 gün kaldık ve çok memnun ayrıldık.

Sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı. Temizlik açısından oldukça iyiydi. İhtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Gayet keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Evin konumu yukarıda ama yeşilin serinliğini hissediyorsunuz. Sıcak havalarda ilaç gibi geldi. Manzara çok iyi. Evin içi ve dışı keyifli zaman geçirmeye uygun tasarlanmış. Klima vs hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Eşyalar yeni ve kaliteliydi. Mustafa Bey de sagolsun her ihtiyacımıza her zaman ilgili ve destekliydi. Hiç sorun yaşamadık. Kalabalık veya sakin her ikisi için de ideal bir yer.

İlgi alakası ve evin temizliği konusunda hiç bir problem yoktu ne zaman arasam hemen açtı kendisi ve çok ilgiliydi, teşekkür ederim

Wir verbrachten einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub in dieser besonders gepflegten Villa. Der Ausblick war wunderbar und man konnte wunderschöne Sonnenauf- und Untergänge betrachten. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und alles gut ausgestattet. Auch Askin und Okan ließen keinen Wunsch offen und waren jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Danke für die schönen Tage 💖

Evden çok memnun kaldık deniz manzarası, havuz ve jakuzi beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Biz akşamları merkeze ineriz gibi düşünüyorduk fakat yollar biraz zorluydu akşam çıkmaya cesaret edemedik bizim için bu eksi oldu ama evde de sıkılmadık zaten. Bir de evde mutfak malzemeleri bize biraz az geldi. Bulaşık makinesi deterjanı, yedek tuvalet kağıdı gibi detaylar yoktu. Ama temizlik gayet iyiydi. Her sabah havuzu temizlemeye birileri geldi. Mine hanım da çok ilgiliydi eve gelen kuryelerin numaralarını bizimle hemen paylaştı. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

We had the best time staying at Urals apartment! Ural was always responsive if I had a question. His assistant Yahya was very helpful as well. The apartment had everything we needed to cook a meal at home. It’s set up nicely for a family with children as well. The view, well what can I say we just left a couple of hours ago and I already miss it. The swimming pool is beautiful and so clean. If you’re looking for a place in the beautiful city of Kas look no further. Thank you Ural for a wonderful holiday we will never forget! Ron and LorrIe

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Séjour parfait, un appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel et l’une des plus belles vues que l’on puisse espérer. Dirk est un communicant hors pair qui fournit de façon intelligente toutes les informations utiles pour arriver dans le logement puis de l’utiliser dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Par ex transmettre les plans d’accès avec photos une semaine avant l’arrivée m’a permis de tout traduire à la maison avant le départ et d’arriver sans stress à la résidence. La terrasse est superbe, la literie très confortable et il y a 3 salles de bain!!! Bien équipé. La résidence est paisible et très propre. Kalkan est facile d’accès le soir en voiture ou en taxi. Il faut savoir que Kalkan est assez chic, très fréquenté des touristes anglais et les prix des restaurants sont élevés. Je recommande à 1000% le logement de Dirk.

Très belle appartement plein pieds ideal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge très très propre, on s'y est senti comme chez nous très bien équipé il ne manquer absolument rien du tout, tout est bien penser. calme, proche de la ville , plage, market superbe piscine je serais ravi de le relouer pour l'an prochain je tien a préciser un très bon accueil de la part des managers ils étaient très gentils et bien sur a l'écoute.

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

Chris was so interested before our arrival. Answered our questions in a timely manner provided us with the necesaary information and tips. Vildan Hanım and Ender Bey also helped us with the problems during our stay. They were easy to reach and quick to act. The stay was just wonderful. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every detail of the house and its facilities. If we will have the chance, we would be more than eager to stay there next year as well. P.S. there was no spare sheets or towels, this might be the one small thing we can complain. But contacting with Vildan Hanım, she solved our problem right away.

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

We visited beautiful Kas for two years in a row. The apartment we stayed at this year was excellent - very clean and fully equipped with everything guests needed for a pleasant stay. Our family of four adults and one four year old child enjoyed a stunning view from the balcony while having a breakfast or an evening tea. The apartment is in the building on the hill as the most buildings in Kas. But we had no problem with that, child including. We went on foot for less than 10 minutes for a quick dip to the nearest beach with a child before breakfast and quickly got back to the apartment. Hosts are very nice and accomodating people, provided us with with useful information and answered quickly every question we had. Hopefully we will get to visit beautiful Kas again. We know where to stay!
