öncelikle meryem hanıma teşekkür ediyoruz. ev tertemizdi. eşimin ince çizgisi çok güzel kokuyordu. fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. tek kusuru biraz tepede ve kırsalda oldugu için arabasız gelecekler biraz zorlanabilir. merkeze uzak değil ama inişli çıkışlı yollar oldugu için zorlanabilirsiniz. evin civarında bi çok market vardı. sıkıntı yaşamadık. havuzu gayet yeterliydi. ev eşyaları yeterli düzeyde ve bilindik markaydı. her iki yatak odasında banyo tuvalet olması büyük rahatlıktı 4 kişi gayet güzel konakladık. tuz kahve sıvıyağ bile vardı. gece domuz ailesi tarafından biz de ziyaret edildik. ilginçti 😄 manzara şahaneydi. memnun kaldık ailecek güzel zaman geçirdik. çıkarken bulduğumuz gibi bırakmaya çalıştık evi

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Ebenen und 2 Terrassen. Absolut alles Nötigste ist da. So wie in der Beschreibung steht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Ein guter Supermarkt befindet sich in gleichem Gebäude unten. Die Hauptstraße ist daneben und führt zum Altstadt und Strand. Mehrere Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, Währung Exchange Office sind auf dieser Straße zu finden. Und natürlich Restaurants,Bars usw. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und es war sehr guter Mittelpunkt für unsere Tagesreisen in verschiedene Richtungen. Ein Pool und Grillplatz ist auch vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Die Kommunikation war auch nett und angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und schnell, da Office auch gleich daneben ist. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Kalkanvilla Mitarbeiter für die gute Erholung.

Les photos sont exactement ce que vous allez trouver dans l’appartement! Excellente localisation pour découvrir Kas ! Vous êtes au cœur du village à proximité de tout… et c’est très tranquille avec les portes patio neuve!!! L’appartement a été complètement rénové! Donc rien à redire. Parfait!!! The apartment was located close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The walk to the beach and port was approximately 20 mins. There were some scenic narrow streets with various views of the bay nearby. The apartment had equipment to prepare and cook meals, and a great balcony with views of the sea. The apartment overall was comfortable and light, and we enjoyed our stay there.

Biz başka bir airbnb evinden 3 günlük boşluğumuzda Emre beyin evine denk geldik ve tuttuk . Ev çok ferah , temiz ve konforluydu . Emre bey çok güleryüzlü bi ev sahibiydi . Evde günlük kullanım için her şeyi bulabiliyosunuz , mutfak malzemeleri , deterjan vs . Ev içi zaman geçirmeye çok müsayit . Manzarası çok keyifli . Onun dışında bizi tek zorlayan evin yokuşu oldu biz arabayla zorlandık o kadar. Dik bi yokuş ama arabayı alt tarafa koyunca sorun kalmadı . Markete , denize çok yakın evin konumu . Çok iyi bi deneyimdi tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz

Very big and clean apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook. The area is peaceful. One of the best airbnbs I've stayed in and I will definitely come back

We had an amazing two weeks in the villa. Everything is new. It looks exactly like the photos, is really well equipped including cleaning and laundry stuff, super comfy beds and sofa, and decent internet. The terrace and garden are amazing to hang out on and watch the sunrise or sunset. Look out for a friendly black cat! Waking up on the mezzanine to the view outside is something special. That said, if you are a light sleep with light bothering you, bring an eye mask as the floor to ceiling windows don't have blinds. Cemile is really responsive and helpful. It turns out the area has midges that are small enough to slip through the mosquito nets on the doors/windows, and when we were getting bitten they gave us the right stuff to clear the midges out. I also ended up hospital a few times with unforeseen health issues and coming home to the the super private, super comfortable villa made it so much more bearable. It really felt like home.

Underbar vistelse! Jag och min fru hade en fantastisk vistelse! Utsikten från huset mot berget var hisnande, och poolen och villan var verkligen underbara. Det var extra trevligt att njuta av solen hela dagen utan någon skugga och att få se den vackra solnedgången. Vi vill även tacka våra värdar som var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde verkligen allt för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Vi ser fram emot att besöka detta boende igen i framtiden. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!

Harika bir yer çok beğendik

this was my 3rd time staying in this beautiful property. every time is perfect. wonderful central location, restaurants, harbour so close, my first choice for accommodation.

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

Berk place was exactly as described, very clean, all what you think and not think in the kitchen… fully equipped house in every sense! Fully working condition air conditioner and showers, comfy beds and most importantly you feel like home without exaggeration.Berk was extremely responsive when contacted. All this is surrounded by club Patara amenities, free swimming pools, going down directly to the private swimming area with sea loungers taking the shuttle transport that the resort provides for free every 10/15mns up and down saves you the walk if you like . Amazingly clean and well looked after by a very friendly staff .overall we really enjoyed our stay at Berk’s place and I would highly recommend his place.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.
