I had a great experience staying at Cindi and bob’s place, very friendly people very peaceful place couldn’t ask for more. She also brought me some eggs for breakfast I thought that was really nice of her but overall 10/10.

WOW!!!! Excellent stay! This is one of those Diamond 💎 stays. Exactly how it was described and extremely clean. OUTSTANDING Host!!!! I would highly recommend that anyone needing a place to stay, consider staying here first.

If you need a place near Nashville for a group, Julie’s place is a great option. Nice quiet neighborhood and large home with nice touches throughout. Each bedroom has a desk and a sitting area. Beds are comfy and the master bedroom and bath are a nice plus if you can snag it before your friends😉. Julie was very quick to reply and so were her local managers and they reached out after our checkin to see if we needed anything. Kitchen has good appliances (almost silent dishwasher) and has plenty of pots, pans, and other items so if you need to prep food while there, you can easily. Would highly recommend if you have a group and need a great place to relax after a long day doing the tourist thing. Local shops and conveniences were close and easy to get to. Put this on your wishlist for your next Nashville or surrounding area vacation.

We came in from out of town to visit family and this home exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, organized, styled well and very welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful and having access to appliances were key for us as a family. The kitchen had everything that was needed to make meals and make a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The yard was clean and you could view a water fountain from the fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was nice and location was fairly accessible to everything you need! To be honest, I wish we had spent more time in the home but we didn’t have the opportunity until the last day. Each one of our family members had their own bedroom; 2 of which joined bathrooms. This was our first experience in an Air bnb and it was fantastic. The booking was easy, hosts were very responsive and clear. Thank you for opening up your home!! We will be back!

We loved our stay! It was so peaceful and the location was great. My boys loved the little stream that ran outside and the loft upstairs. It was an easy check in & also easy to instacart groceries! 5 out of 5. Will be back again!

Worked well for our two families traveling to come together, great common areas to hang out in, comfortable accommodations that were well appointed and considerate.

Everything was set up for comfort and to feel right at home! This owner went above and beyond, and communication was absolutely above and beyond! This was set up to help a family member looking for a permanent home and she felt right at home during her stay. Thank you!!!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and La Tonya’s place was the perfect place to stay. Lots of nice touches such as coffee, snacks, toiletries etc. The area is very peaceful and there is a lot to do in Franklin in general. La Tonya provided clear instructions for everything and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend and stay again!
