This guest suite has 2 separate living areas and is perfect for multiple families or a large family. It comes with 2 kitchens, 2 open bedrooms including 3 queen & 2 twin beds, 2 baths including a double rain shower and many other high end finishes. The outdoor amenities include a fire-pit, canoe, peddle boat, paddle boards, life vests, neighborhood boat launch and so much more.

Walking distance to local restaurants and locally owned shops. We made our space unique with a kitchenette to encourage local dining, however our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave that is also an air fryer and convection oven. We are also a happy host of our local talent with paintings and crafts to encourage shopping local.

Located off I-65, 20 min outside of Cullman and 1 hr north of Birmingham. A short 6-8 min drive to Trident Marina and 10 min to the grocery store. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, or water basketball from our swim dock. You're welcome to tie up your personal boat or use our double jet ski pad! ꨄ︎

On a quiet dead end with a gated shared driveway with three other homes and sweet neighbors. Pontoon Boat available for rent!

The Austin House-Glen Arbor-historic Oneonta home.

Located in the heart of Blount County. The Austin House-Glen Arbor is convenient to Birmingham, Huntsville, and surrounding areas-close to interstates- walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. As of 11-9-23 we are no longer a pet friendly rental. *complete bathroom model- Feb 2022**. Please note- we love guests. But, our home is not a party house- even for bridal and groomsmen.
