Great location! We were able to boat to both Trident and Duncan Bridge Marinas. The views were gorgeous. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and perfect for 6 adults (3 couples). Of note there were only 2.5 baths not 3.5 as listed. The two queen rooms share a Jack n’ Jill bathroom.

Very clean & safe if ever in the area.. stayed more than once for work trip & will stay again if back in the area

Jeff and Cherisa have a charming cottage right by a creek in the middle of gorgeous Cullman, Alabama. It has all high tech amenities like wi-fi, adjustable couch and bed, lighting and Bluetooth in the bathroom. There is a fire pit out on the porch with a view of the pretty creek. They have a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a heater that looks like a real fireplace. A cozy loft is upstairs that will sleep 2. The cottage is charmingly decorated with a turquoise theme. They took us in at the last minute because we had a change in plans, and we are so grateful for that! We had a lovely weekend getaway.

The cabin is beautiful and the view is amazing. The kitchen has everything you might need. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are clean and modern. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. We hope to return.

great house with a great view and great host

Jessica went above and beyond on absolutely everything during my stay. I love the natural light in the Sunshine House and the peaceful atmosphere of the farm. There is everything you could possibly need for a great stay: Picnic tables, screened-in back porch, all of the sports equipment, books, and toys, and of course all of the animals. One of the goats had 2 babies and my grandkids got to hold them when they visited a few days after the goats were born. Jessica was such a gracious host. She showed the kids how to hold a chicken to pet it, showed them how to collect the eggs, let them pet the new lambs she had just brought to the farm, and of course showed them how to handle the new baby goats. This was my second stay and I miss it already. I can't wait to return in the future.

We absolutely loved the place and it was a wonderful week for our vacation! Stephanie was responsive and so kind! This is a great place and great location and very clean and beautiful! Can't say enough great things about our experience and very thankful for how amazing Stephanie was in communicating and handling everything. Highly Recommend!!!

The cabin is easy to get to and sits on a beautiful point facing the lake. There’s a comfy screened porch, firepit area and boat dock with kayaks. There is a smaller studio cabin on the property as well that he owns and could easily allow for a small group of people to rent both structures! It’s clean and we felt safe in the area. Gas station is five miles away with groceries and made to order pizza. We will definitely be back!

We liked the overall experience- peaceful location, in front of the beautiful lake, comfortable rooms. Perfect place for groups to get together.
