Instructions to find the house and check in were clear and comprehensive. Very clean. Had all the amenities advertised. Beds very very comfy, with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Emily and Jon were very quick to respond to any messages sent. 2 allocated parking spaces, but we had 3 cars and they were more than happy with the extra car. Beautiful surroundings - we loved walking to see the goats. House felt very private and cosy. We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples), we would happily stay here again and would highly recommend.

The design is stunning, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The chic interior and breathtaking views are truly impressive. The spacious, cozy bed offers a perfect wake-up to the skyline. I've already recommended this place to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing converted barn in very peaceful and serene surroundings. Highly recommend for a quiet weekend away. Sue was a great host, good communication and instructions regarding check in and check out. I thought the guest book with local recommendations was a nice touch which a lot of thought had obviously gone into.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The attention to detail in this property was outstanding. Jill has thought of everything, from the utensils to the overall ambiance. She and her husband were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a beautiful scent, and the property itself exceeded our expectations. It truly took our breath away. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made for the best night’s sleep. The property was immaculate—10/10 for cleanliness. We loved waking up to the sound of birds singing; it felt like we were living in our own little fairytale. This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

We only stayed one night but the place was easy to find and we had a lovely time!

We had such a lovely time staying at Sandra's! We were a couple with a 1 year old and thought the space was perfect for the three of us. We really appreciated the travel cot provided, and our daughter loved the baby swing in the garden. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful views, and the space with the fireplace was so cosy for a cold winter's stay! Sandra was a great host, very welcoming and helpful, and the recommendations for places to eat were spot on. We'd very happily come back, as it was the perfect location for visiting Exeter, Totnes, and Buckfastleigh!

This was the second I visited Tracy's place but this time I went with my friends and their children. It was the perfect place for us to get together, with 8 adults, 5 children all under the age of 3! The children loved the indoor and outdoor toys as well as the space for them to burn off the energy. Tracy was an exemplary host who was very responsive, even before arrival she as very attentive. The children loved the trampoline and treehouse and when it came to home time we had tears because they didn't want to leave such a great place. Thank you again, we cannot wait to visit again in the future!

I have stayed in lots of different Airbnb accommodation, I can honestly say Lisa's flat was charming! The attention to detail with such beautiful furniture and items all around ! I felt that it was one of the loveliest places I have stayed. she certainly has an Artists eye !! The cereal/cookies/milk etc were very well received also. Highly recommend 😊
