We had a wonderful time in this great house! The house was big with everything you could ask for. Our daughter was getting married at Rock Hill farm which is only 3.5 miles away and the house provided us a quiet, peaceful place to come home to after a busy day and evening. There were sheep grazing beside the house! We didn’t get a chance to tryout the spa and pool, but maybe next time. We highly recommend!!!

Quiet place to stay close to Culpeper but not in the town. Easy to get downtown. Very nicely decorated.

We loved our stay at Culpeper Manor. The house is lovely and the open spaces for dining and visiting were perfect for our group. The kitchen is well appointed with every tool we needed — and we love cooking! We especially appreciated the Blackstone grill and nice bakeware. And the arcade!! Everyone loved the games and I’m not sure any other vacation home will ever compare, in the children’s eyes. We had a wonderful time here!

We have been to a number of rentals, both Airbnb and others, both in the U.S. and abroad. Walnut Run Farm is BY FAR the warmest, most welcoming, most perfect rental we have ever been to. If the property were for sale we would buy it in a minute, even as we much hope John will continue to keep and care for it for many years as the treasure it is. In renting John's home (and it is absolutely and in every sense a home), you have the chance to live in an extraordinary country house on a large, beautiful piece of idyllic Virginia Piedmont farmland. If you can score a rental at Walnut Run Farm, grab it.

Cozy, beautiful, restful place to stay. Stayed here with my two babies, spouse, and sister-in-law. Private space with lots of movies and books to read. Great views outside! Would recommend to anyone in the area. Description of home matches what you will have. Would stay again.

My family and I had a great stay at Monique and Stan’s place. They were so friendly and helpful and the house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The location was beautiful and my kids loved meeting their horses. We would love to go back when the pool is open. Thanks again!

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

Wide Pine is truly a treasure! One of the most beautiful and well appointed Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Everything from the beautiful wood floors and open airy design of the house, to the thoughtful added touches like an espresso machine and robes in all the bathrooms and bedrooms made our stay feel above the rest. The setting is peaceful and private, we enjoyed long walks through the trails in the woods, and sitting in the sun on the deck. The house is cozy, comfortable, and has everything (and more!) to meet all of our needs! We would absolutely stay here again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The living space is beautiful and very clean, the land around the apartment and house are beautiful and the little town of Culpeper is so nice. This was the perfect place for us and our dog to stay during the week of Christmas that gave us some peace away from our families at night and we will undoubtedly be back next year. We could not recommend this place more!

Lovely spot in the middle of Culpeper. The outer terrace was great, and we were lucky to have good weather to enjoy, coffee in the morning and a little wine in the evening. There are several great restaurants within walking distance as well. This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend our anniversary weekend as we enjoyed a few wineries in the area. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in the area.

We stayed two nights and it was perfect. We were able to explore the local towns as well as the Shenandoah National park. Very nice vacation stay in VA!

Monica’s place was a great spot to travel with our dogs. Walking distance to downtown Culpeper. Monica added extra touches to make us and our baby feel at home, which we were very grateful for.

The place was clean, charming, and suited our needs perfectly. We loved the outdoor space as well. The host was communicative and responsive to any questions we asked. Would stay here again.

This was our second time staying and we hope there are many more stays in our future. Susan’s place just feels like home. If you need to have a peaceful getaway, this is where you stay. Everything in the apartment is immaculate and Susan has provided everything you could need. Beyond the perfect apartment the charming town of Sperryville is hidden gem and worth the visit alone. This is a great place to stay! The place was quite, lot of parking, decent size kitchen and utensils and has washer and dryer. Brie’s instructions were spot on and we had no difficulty in locating this place . The bed and sofas were comfortable and internet speed was good. The shops are less than 4 miles ( 15 mins commute at the max) . Will Certainly come back again
