Had a wonderful few days at this property located in a nice quiet neighbourhood near family/friends. The house is beautifully renovated and provided absolutely everything we could have needed. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

A Cozy little Oasis in the Heart of the City! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb apartment during my trip to Christchurch and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Location:The apartment is perfectly situated in a vibrant neighborhood, just a short walk from local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and all that it had to offer. Cleanliness and Comfort:The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights after long days out in the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. Host Experience: Lily-SimplyHost was fantastic! She provided clear instructions for check-in and was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Amenities:The apartment had everything I needed, a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy living space.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful surroundings, very close to beaches and the Kaikōura townsite, and a very nice house with lots of outdoor space.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The accommodations were warm and inviting, and the creative decor made the place feel like a cozy haven. We had private access to the beautiful beach, where we even spotted dolphins! There were plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, and the gardens were so lovely. Meagan was an incredible host, and we would definitely love to stay here again on a future visit.

Lovely peaceful spot while still close to town. Bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was immaculate and very enjoyable. Great fast internet. Lack of clothes storage was odd. Overall it was a nice stay, but a little TLC in the property would've made it feel more comfortable overall. Thanks for having us!

Lovely place. Super beautiful surroundings. It was amazing waking up to nature and bird chirping. We stayed in summer but I feel it would be even better in winter!

Tony made us feel welcome and was extremely responsive to our questions. The house had a gorgeous view and great neighborhood, also close to town and lots of walking tracks. It was perfect for our stay to visit our Framily in his neighborhood.
