Samantha's place is exactly as photographed and described. The triplex is set back away from the street behind a house so it is VERY quiet. The rooms were pretty clean. This is an older building with charm and some wear, but pretty well maintained. I did not hear much noise from my family staying in the other rooms. Samantha is very clear with instructions and quick to respond. I would certainly stay here again. Helpful info for future guests: The mattresses are defiantly on the firmer side. I loved this, but i realize some do not. Also, the stairs going to the top unit are pretty steep and shallow, maybe only 8" deep. You cannot set your full foot down unless you are stepping sideways. This is likely to be an additional challenge for anyone with a mobility or balance issue. Thirdly, there are no blinds or blackout curtains on the bedroom windows, just basic thin curtains. If you want to sleep in, this may be a challenge.

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

Phil was an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive. His place is amazing and very clean. The building was nice and clean and very quiet. The tenants were super nice and friendly. I will definitely be using Phil again and I highly recommend him and his place.

Nice apartment with good access to downtown Indy

Sandra was very nice. Great communication and a very nice space. The description of the space is accurate. Everything was clean and comfortable.

One of the best short stays I’ve had! Mary and Marvin’s place is just as listed. I loved the antiquated look and feel of the space. If you are a book lover then this is the space for you! It was extra-nice to be greet by Marvin-it was even a bit on the late side, but it was important to him, so he did. Additionally, I felt safe staying there alone in Indy. Book it!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

Philips place was amazing. Very convenient and homey feels. It was so beautiful inside. Everything from the couch, to bed, to shower, was all so comfortable and relaxing. I almost want to purchase the same furniture! His home has everything we needed. We ran into some locals and they’re all friendly. Neighborhood is safe and close to everything. About a 45 minute walk to Lucas Oil stadium. I couldn’t ask for a better stay, if we’re back in Indy - I hope to book this place again!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on!
