My family and I checked out today; this was an excellent location for us! The property was as pictured, clean and well stocked. We couldn't have picked a better location; beach access is directly across the street. Thanks so much!

We had the most wonderful stay. The house is spacious and gorgeous. I was surprised just how close we were to the beach, just the shortest walk. The backyard and from patio add to the perfect setting. Michelle was responsive and very kind. Would definitely come again!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

We can’t say enough good things about our this place. It has everything! We are a family of 4 and were incredibly comfortable the whole time. Not only is the unit well stocked and perfect, the location is incredible. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. And you can walk to several restaurants. The unit has bikes, beach towels, chairs, and pretty much everything you need for a stay at the beach. The hosts are just fantastic people and we really appreciate them. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location - right on the beach overlooking the ocean and the marsh.

This place is magical! The cottage is a mix of old and new, very clean, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The location is exceptional. The beach is very private and pristine. A great place to relax and chill. St. Augustine attractions are not far away and there is a Publix grocery and liquor just down the road. They have everything you forgot to bring! At this price point you can’t go wrong. Not fancy but ticks all the boxes. I will be back!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful home with a great outdoor offering...pool, flatscreen, and pergola. Everything in the unit is clean, new and comfortable. We loved the location and made several walking trips to the ocean. A mile from Publix and other stores that we patronized. Hope we can make a return trip some time soon. If you have kids and/or grandkids, book this now!

Ryan was responsive and proactive. We had the privilege of meeting him in person when he took the time to bring a new chapter fee maker to us and check the pool. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we could bring our pup with us. We never made it to the beach but we did use the pool each day His recommendation for restaurant for anniversary dinner was wonderful. The house is super cute and comfy. I we could tell he takes pride in in it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you Ryan !

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Kyles home was exactly as described and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for our group, it was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use after long days at the players. Will definitely be back!

Our stay in St. Simons was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to this uniquely charming cottage. The location couldn’t be better, and the cottage itself was ideal for the two of us and our dog. The heated pool and spa were the icing on the cake—we enjoyed them every single day. The weather was perfect, the island was peaceful yet fun, and some of our best moments were simply relaxing on the porch or in the beautiful backyard. A special shoutout to the hosts, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend St. Simons as a destination and this cottage as the perfect home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a great beach house stay. We have (2) teenage boys who enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong table, and pool table. House was clean and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in Jax Beach!

We stay in JAX beach often and this was my favorite place so far! It looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need. The master closet is perfect for the pack and play if you have a young child. It’s a short walk to the beach and they have plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys. The game room in the garage and the pool provided plenty of entertainment for everyone. This place is perfect for family get togethers and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners respond asap if you need anything!

Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!

The house was wonderful! An absolute gem! It had everything we needed for our wedding week. Seeing the sunrise from the bedroom was a great way to start the day. There was construction going on both sides of the house rebuilding the sea wall, but the sound of the waves blocked out all the noise. And the construction crew was very considerate and even built us a set of temporary steps to help us get down to the sand. Absolutely a perfect experience!!

We loved our stay at this house! The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The views from the porch were lovely and the easy access to the water was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a delightful girls’ weekend away!

Very nice home with large, clean pool. Loved the outdoor area, but also really enjoyed the large dinning room table that we all could sit at. Nice, updated kitchen, large bedrooms, full size washer and dryer. The weather was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay!

It was new and spacious and lovely. Close to beach. (3 min walk accross main drag) It’s very nice would have loved to see TV’s in all the rooms. It only had one in the living room.

Beautiful, clean, private house with a nice jacuzzi. This was a wonderful quiet getaway for my partner and I.

10/10 the stay was perfect! We were so close to the beach and close to everything we could have possibly needed :) House was clean and bed was comfortable—Lisa went above and beyond! We weren’t getting in until late, and Lisa made sure to turn some lights on for our arrival! We will stay again when we come back in future!

We arrived with take out from Southern Soul BBQ for our family weekend for 10 adults (21 to 71) and 2 children (11 and 15). We had plenty of room for 5 couples and 2 children to have their own space. The kitchen island and dining table provided plenty of seating for meals and board games. My daughter-in-law brought Mind The Gap (a generational board game) for us to play. It was lots of fun. We brought our shrimp pot and cooker to make a Lowcountry Boil and added some locally purchased crawfish for dinner Saturday. We also had a family ping pong tournament where our oldest son holds the title until next year. Our children took the golf cart and beach gear to the beach at 5th St. while we rode our bikes there. We had frozen yogurt, went to the Art Fair, played putt-putt, and had dinner at CJ’s Pizza. We asked our children if they would rather have a place “on” the beach next time, and they said, “NO! This place was perfect!” Enough said! We’ll be back!
