Loved the place, very kind and responsive host, and plenty to do in the surrounding area. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and plan on coming back.

Everything was great! Ski and board right up to the units back door. Some stomping from kids above us but otherwise very nice and clean place. Would stay again!

We needed a last minute stop to make a trip a bit more relaxing. He allowed us to come without much notice and made it just that, relaxing. I’ve been to an Airbnb that was bare bones and impersonal. This was very nice with some nice extras. If we’d been staying longer, I’d have appreciated it even more. Thanks so much!

The perfect get away to explore the local area! I was looking for a few days on my own to relax, visit the local spas, binge watch on my own. It was comfortable and well equipped and beautiful! Since Berkeley Springs is small and many restaurants aren’t open midweek, I cooked. The kitchen was super well equipped and even had a few basics, which were appreciated. I came home rested and relaxed. Very cute place and the surroundings are beautiful. I’ll be back.

My husband, 2 teens and i just returned from a stay at the home. We had a great time just hanging out, hiking and enjoying the fire pit. The home was very clean, stocked well, private and beautifully decorated. Thought i would share a tip since grocery stores are pretty far away….instacart delivers to the home! It was nice to check in, put groceries away and be set for the trip!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic 1-bedroom apartment in Cumberland, MD, and I couldn't be happier! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The convenience of having a washer and dryer, along with free WiFi, was a definite plus. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cumberland!

I will say excellent things about this place. I will say excellent things about this place. Welcome to the schoolhouse, where the decor and environment remind you of days of yore. With a gorgeous views especially out the back and kitchen side, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub. We enjoyed an outing of a hike in the PawPaw tunnel, and had some food at Cheryl's Snack Shack. We were seeking a private place with easy access but felt remote, within a couple hours from home. We achieved that goal, and we enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels for the hot tub.

House was bigger than I expected. Lots of space for our group. Big rooms, tall ceilings, comfortable beds, charming original wood trim and doors, cozy and relaxing environment. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Could not have been easier. Parking is very limited, so be aware. We knew going in, so not a problem, but definitely do not park in the thrift store lot next door. Son’s car almost got towed (didn’t realize he parked there since he arrived late at night). Natalie reached out in time so we could move it. Distance to the ski areas is fine when the roads are clear. A bit far when roads are snowy. Four wheel drive recommended. Hope we can come back again soon!

I took my wife for a quick birthday getaway on a snowy january weekend. We love berkley springs as we only live 45 mins away., but i wanted a secluded place to spend the weekend just outside of Berkeley. What a great spot, we plan to return this summer w the kiddos and take advantage of the stream and water below the house. Cant wait super excited to come back. Thanks kristen for your flexibility. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Maryland; it is a lovely safe neighborhood with a beautiful creek next to the house. Bud and his wife keep the house very clean and well decorated. There is plenty to do, and everything is closeby. We ll back back for sure! thank you!

What a wonderful stay! We were in Cumberland for the Polar Express and this was a perfect place to say. The trip on the train, eating downtown...a magical weekend for our grandchildren. Thank you!

Beth is a fantastic hostess! Her home is modern 50s decor with great appliances. You will have the ability to cook meals in a well equipped kitchen. Most of Cumberland is accessible within 10 minutes. All three bedrooms would easily accommodate 2 people per room. The beds are very comfortable. Beth’s house is very well maintained, comfortable and clean.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin for our après-ski weekend this year! The location was perfect—easy to find and ski and ski out. The cabin itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were great, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living room and hot tub, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain. Parking was a breeze, and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Courtney’s place is fantastic and we highly recommend it! We really enjoyed our ski weekend at Seven Springs. The shuttle bus to the resort is right by the condo and was a convenient way to get to and from the mountain. The condo had everything we needed, it’s clean, comfortable, and was perfect for our family of four. We’d love to come back!

We had such a short lovely stay. Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a ski trip to Seven Springs Resort. The location is perfect just 7 or 8 mins away from the resort with a convenient shuttle service. Kara was also a great host responding quickly to any questions we had!

We stayed at Jody's place for our family ski trip. The house was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Jody was very responsive and helpful with all of the questions we had about the house and ski resort. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Diana’s! Ours was a studio in a group of 5 or 6 Airbnbs across 2 houses very close together. Huge meandering deck with each unit having a private bit to themselves and a fantastic view. The studio was sparkling clean and looked brand new. It’s not large but arranged in a way that it felt bigger than it is. Make sure to take a walk through Confluence and soak up every detail of this small town. So calm and peaceful and everyone very nice. Coffee, art and pastry shop 1/2 away. If you need gluten free, a small grocery across from the park had a surprising huge number of items and the Rivers edge restaurant’s chef is gluten free. They worked with us to modify dishes on the menu to substitute gluten free items as needed. Diana was very helpful and friendly with quick responses to our questions and suggestions for places to eat. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Ohiopyle is the major tourist hub. Confluence is 10 mi away and a perfect break from the crowds.

Great condo. Renewed flooring and furniture just like the pictures. Modern decor. Great mountain view! Convenient shuttle service to the slopes. We used it during the day for skiing and also by night for dinner. Besides coffee pods for the Keurig machine, they also had hot cocoa and some chocolates for the guests, which was a nice touch! The bed was comfortable. Just as some room for improvement: the microwave was super old and I would recommend changing it.

Beautiful and well appointed space for a ski trip at 7Springs. Just a short walk out the back door up to the slopes and could ski right back to the door. The bunk bed is a little wobbly, and there is a 130lb weight limit for the top bed which thankfully wasn't a problem for us.

David was wonderful and his place was amazing!!! Will definitely be back again next time! Best host ever!!!
