Siobhan and John were excellent hosts. Our family enjoyed our time at the house which offered several different choices for outside relaxation. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed during their stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This place was amazing and Barry was super helpful! If you are looking for a quiet place and love wildlife, this is the place for you! The deck overlooking the marsh was my favorite place as the birds were singing and the squirrels raccoons and deer were all playing below! This is a piece of heaven and we will be returning soon!

Perfect location. We visited with our family that included two littles and they had an absolute blast. We spent most of our time on the beach and they had a wagon with literally tons of beach toys for the kids. Also had plenty of chairs for the adults. The property description is pretty spot on,. There was plenty of space for everyone. We will absolutely be back.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation, there were 12 of us, we each had our own space, the house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a large group. Pamela was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and always responded to our calls.

Tannis home is absolutely amazing! Extremely clean & loaded with everything you need to feel right at home. It was everything our family needed for a weekend getaway! The pool is beautiful and very clean with plenty of pool floats. We enjoyed the firepit as well. Did I mention how beautiful its decorated! Every room has a gorgeous light fixture and the beds are so comfy! The Pink Cabana will be my choice every time I visit Jacksonville. We give it a 💯!

We loved staying here! The apartment was clean and very up to date. We loved the pools and walking the grounds. It was family friendly but very quiet. They made our visit effortless.

Felicidad was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. And home looked exactly like it did in the photos

We had a great long weekend with family! House had all we needed for an easy, fun family get together! Kitchen had all the things we needed for the meals we ate in. Ryan was very responsive to any questions we had.
