Our stay at Ashley’s rental was exactly as described. Nice, spacious, and clean condo right next to a little river. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks. Ashley‘s condo was close to everything we like to do. Near all the popular attractions and restaurants that we enjoy. I would definitely book here again.

Every inch of this place is adorable! They even have heart shaped plates and pink forks! Loved the vanity for a group of girls to get ready all together! Safe building - secure lock on front door lobby. Great Gym - 15 min walk down 1st street to broadway. Clean and so cute!

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

Easy process, great location near everything, and lovely, large space. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay in Nashville. Check-in was easy and very helpful. The resort staff gives you a welcome packet that includes great restaurants to check out. There's transportation to Broadway and plus the mall is literally 5 mins away. I would definitely recommend 👌🏾

Diana did a great job communicating with us through our stay and made sure everything was taken care of. The place was clean and was perfect for our vacation.

The view at Lori’s place is amazing. The location is about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and there is a grocery store 20 minutes away. The condo was supplied with plenty of towels and bed linens and the bed was very comfortable. There is a closet for clothes but you need to bring your own hangers. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies . Be sure to shop for things like salt and pepper and any other condiments you may want. We didn’t use the indoor pool but the sun deck was lovely.

This was our 3rd stay at Chuck’s place, different unit this time. As with our previous stays, everything was clean, comfortable and worked properly. We love the coziness the condos offer while still having plenty of room for our family! The balcony is so peaceful and the sounds of the river make you forget you’re right off the main road. We look forward to our next visit and will stay here again without a doubt.

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

We loved our stay! It was a little loud on weekend nights, but they were very upfront about the noise and even provided earplugs which was so thoughtful. We were up late so it didn't bother us much. The location was perfect for our needs, and the place was great. We thought the loft wouldn't offer much privacy between upstairs and downstairs, but it was just right for what we needed. There is so much to do and see close by and it's very centrally located. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

We had a great trip. This was in a great area to stay in close relation to broadway. The hosts were very friendly, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The counters were a little dusty and there was a little bit of old food left in the fridge but other than that the place was clean and a great place to stay for a week.

The whole team was very responsive the entire stay. I appreciated that the place was not overly decorated, it was beautiful. I have small children so lots of decoration calls for lots of stress. I felt safe in the space/location. Directions were clear making for an easy/smooth check in/check out! You get what you see!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

This was a great location. She was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place looked just like the pictures. Recommend to anyone.

The perfect place to stay just outside the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Great hosts and very communicative!

Very much enjoyed my stay! The location was fantastic. The place was clean and bright. Bed was super comfortable and the place had everything that we needed. Definitely would book this again.

We loved our stay! 1. Host is very responsive, offers great recommendations, and gives detailed information before you arrive. Easy check in and easy check out. 2. Location is walkable to the main strip in town, restaurants, aquarium, and Anakeesta. Entrances to the Smoky Mountains very close! We walked with kids to the shops daily. (Sidewalk most of the way!) 3. Bears! Bears! Bears! There was a bear that must live in the woods behind the complex. He sat around and walked by two nights during our trip. He wandered into town after walking by. Kids loved seeing the bear! 4. Parking lot is very tight when full. If you drive a large vehicle, be prepared to park in tight spots. 5. Laundry on lowest level is 2.50 per wash and 2.50 per dry. We didn’t end up using but was there if we needed it.
