We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

I loved staying here! The animals are so sweet and the view was dazzling. I definitely will be staying again.

Our family vacation at Matthew’s place was amazing!! The views, spacious home, location and amenities helped create many wonderful memories for us!! Matthew is definitely a responsive host and we’re grateful for being able to stay at his spectacular home.

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

The house was very accommodating. Was bigger than I was able to envision from the pictures. I would definitely recommend and would come stay again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great. We specifically chose this location because our trip was centered around an event at The Caverns in Pelham. We were right in the middle, with Nashville only 30 minutes away! There were also many scenic trails all within 40-50 miles from our stay. It was perfect! The check-in process was quick and smooth. Hosts were nice and responsive. If I ever plan a similar trip, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This home was great. The decor was classy and fun. The beds are really comfortable, extra blankets and pillows, towels, games and karaoke. There is so much to do at this home from sitting in the hot tub, sitting by the fire, enjoying the pool, games in the game room, selfies at the selfie wall, enjoying the balcony and over looking the downtown lights. All the little touches were noticed. It is centrally located to everything we did. I would recommend this home and if we are back in Nashville with a group I’d rent it again.

Suzanne and Cliff were wonderful hosts! They were friendly, available and promptly addressed questions and issues. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the pool house and it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. We can’t say enough about our stay here.

Christopher was great to work with during our stay. We really appreciate his flexibility and willingness to work with our time constraints while traveling for business. The home was everything stated and very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again.

Alyssa’s place was the perfect home for my family and I over the holidays. Great location - quiet, safe neighborhood but very convenient for restaurants, groceries and getting into downtown. The house was squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Alyssa was super responsive in the lead up too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed at Rick a Candy’s beautiful home with several of my immediate family as I was attending my daughter’s wedding! They are awesome hosts and everything was in order and exactly as described! We all felt right at home and it was great that we were all at one place. It made the entire long weekend more memorable! Would certainly recommend this home for a family gathering and the locations near Vanderbilt University and close to downtown was very convenient for us to get around!

Kevin and Joy were pleasant and responsive. Their home is lovely. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Previous reviews regarding the bathroom made me slightly nervous but it was fine. It's an older home but well kept, neat and clean. Conveniently located to shopping, resturaunts and the Convention center. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for 3 couples. Living room furniture was very comfortable! We all want to buy those couches now. Very nice setting, and enjoyed the winery literally in the backyard. Host was very friendly and even brought us fans for the bedrooms that didn't have them. Will definitely stay again in the future. Close enough to Bardstown activities but far enough away to feel private and secluded at the same time.

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.

The cutest little place! I loved the outdoor area with the hot tub. We didn’t bring our fur babies but it would’ve been excellent for them! Will definitely stay again!

We had a perfect stay! Everything is just like the pictures. Beds are super comfortable and fluffy big towels. Used the washer and dryer for a quick load and cooked which I loved. Really 5⭐️ Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

This place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all places we have stayed. The place was clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was easy to navigate to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets and dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home. Thank you Rachel!
