Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

Great communication throughout the stay, very clean, accurate representation, and a perfect distance from all the Nashville crazy. Awesome stay if you’re back visiting or coming for the first time.

We loved staying with Dre and her husband! It was a beautiful home with a great view and lots of fun amenities. It was my girlfriend's birthday and Dre went above and beyond to make sure she had an amazing birthday (and she did). Will definitely be staying here again and I recommend you do too!

We were looking for a hotel close to University of Tennessee. With it being game weekend, the prices were insane. Allison's listing was a reasonable rate per night but a 20 minute drive away from the university so we didn't know if we're going to regret our decision on game day...but we didn't. The place was spacious enough for my son and I with a nice little kitchen/dining area and it was spotless. We had extra linens to use on the pullout couch with super comfy pillows. The hosts even left breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee out to make our mornings easier. I messaged a couple times before arriving and my questions were answered quickly in a detailed manner and they even gave us restaurant recommendations with we appreciated! If my son winds up attending University of Tennessee next fall we will absolutely be back!

Nice home in an excellent location! It is located in our favorite area of Nashville, there so much in walking distance from this home and you still get to enjoy have quietness and peace while sitting outside

The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elijah’s place was fantastic. Just as described. Lots of room. One of my favorite things was was the bedding and pillows. Pure heaven at times, Broadway was just a six dollar Uber away. Elijah was fantastic as a host. So responsive and kind. Would book again. Location was great. There were some fun restaurants nearby. On our last day we visited nearby Chicago’s hot chicken and waffles. It was one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had.

Great place! Beautiful private lot in the country. Very clean! Nicely decorated and well stocked. Nice amenities such as the porches, fire pit, and lots of parking area. Felt very welcomed with her note, candy and holiday decorations. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully restores church. The stained glass windows in the early morning are incredible. Very unique decor.

This place was perfect for our stay. The basement garage was fantastic. Didnt have to worry about unpacking the truck late at night when got there. Was great place to work on bike for my son and friends for his race. It was an added bonus for the kids to play and even an off workshop that had ping pong table. So roomy. Even though 2 bedrooms it was spacious and even had 2 air mattresses. Thanks again. It was worth it for our crew. And short drive to windrock bike park

Anthony’s home is the perfect place for a visit to Nashville. It was located super close to Broadway, downtown, Vanderbilt, the Gulch and Germantown. The house was super clean, spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor area with the firepit. Anthony is a great host with lots of recommendations about restaurants and things to do around Nashville. We will definitely be staying at Anthony’s on future trips to Nashville!

My husband and I found this place great!!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
