Cumbres Verdes : locations d'appartements de vacances

En un primer momento nos pareció elevado de precio pero cuando ves los precios que se manejan allí lo vimos totalmente adecuado. El apartamento es pequeño (éramos 4) pero muy cómodo. Ambos Luís muy predispuestos a ayudar. Aprecian los comentarios constructivos. Hasta el mínimo detalle fue atendido de inmediato. Está a un paso del telesilla, que lo hace ideal para pasar unos días de esquí! Cuando volvamos a esquiar a Sierra Nevada repetiremos :)

Zona calma, um pouco afastada do centro de Granada mas fácil de apanhar transportes até lá. Escolhemos este alojamento porque viajámos de carro e queríamos uma zona com estacionamento. Não foi assim muito fácil de encontrar estacionamento, mas com alguma persistência conseguimos. Talvez por ser fim de semana tenha sido um pouco mais difícil. No entanto a nossa estadia foi ótima, o apartamento é adequado para duas pessoas, com o essencial para passar uns dias. Tem ainda o bónus de ter informações acerca de transportes públicos e recomendações. O Manuel foi um ótimo anfitrião, disponível e deu instruções muito claras.

Apartamento en muy buenas condiciones según lo ofertado, buena zona con fácil acceso y cerca del centro de Granada. Antonio fue un anfitrión estupendo, muy correcto y nos dió buenas referencias de sitios de interés y tips útiles para hacer más fácil y prácticos nuestros itinerarios. Volveríamos a hospedarnos sin duda.

Carmen, ihr Ehemann Luis und Veronica waren sehr nette Gastgeber. Nachdem der Warmwasserboiler am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert hat, haben sie sich sofort darum gekümmert, dass er am nächsten Tag repariert wird. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. Toll ist, dass man das Auto in einer nahe gelegenen Garage abstellen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen kann. Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile an der Wohnung sind, dass die Kissen etwas hart sind und das Haus insgesamt ziemlich hellhörig ist. Da die Gasse eher ruhig gelegen ist, ist das aber kein wirkliches Problem. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung bei diesen tollen Gastgebern auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Hemos ido 12 amigas a Granada a pasar el fin de semana y la estancia ha sido genial. hemos tenido 3 apartamentos en el mismo bloque para nosotras. Javier ha sido muy atento en todo momento y se ha asegurado que todo estaba perfecto al llegar al alojamiento. sin duda repetiría y recomiendo alojarse aquí.

Estuvimos dos familias con niños en este apartamento y nuestra experiencia ha sido de 10. El apartamento es muy amplio y está completamente equipado, no le falta absolutamente nada. Queremos destacar especialmente la comodidad de las camas, que fueron un gran plus. Además, el anfitrión merece un 10, ya que desde el principio se preocupó por asegurarse de que todo estuviera perfecto y que no nos faltara de nada. Sin duda, totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Sierra Nevada, seguro que volveremos a escoger este apartamento de nuevo

Affordable, great location in the heart of Granada, amazing restaurants everywhere, safe and private, clean room and bathroom. Everything you can ask for in a stay for a couple. One of my favorite trips.

An exceptionally clean home with all necessary amenities and parking for our car. The location is a good walk from the nearby Plaza Larga which has excellent neighbourhood bars and restaurants, and quite a walk to the Alhambra. Please note that due to road closures on at least some nights that it can be hard to get a taxi to take you from the centre of the city back to the home.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the heart of Albaicín, just minutes walk from an incredible view of The Alhambra. Lucia was very kind and flexible to meet me when I encountered a delayed arrival.

Miguel and Emma's place feels so welcoming and homey. The furniture is really cool! I wish I'd live in Spain to get it design by them. The location is central, walkable, but calm. The terrace is incredible for a drink or just to chill after exploring Granada. We hope to get back soon.

A perfect stay for the 2 of us in this great little apartment! The private roof top terrace really made our stay! Although only a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the city, the apartment was really quiet. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. A big plus was the fact that everything was within easy walking distance - good restaurants and bars, as well as main sights. Thank you Alfonso for being so proactive with communication when we had difficulty on arrival getting into the apartment!

Great property and location. We enjoyed the in house Spa treatments. Kitchen was not stocked. There was nothing, not even salt or coffee!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Man verlässt die Gasse und ist schon mitten im Leben von Granada. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach, aber es ist alles da und es ist sehr sauber.

Very clean and modern apartment on top floor. Big spacious rooms and kitchen. Very comfortable apartment located conveniently near LIDI supermarket. Safe and secure. Easy access to parking garage with good parking space.

A cute and cozy apartment in a fantastic location! Loved the decor and the terrace with a bath was a special treat. Also a very responsive host. Due to an unusually heavy rainstorm there was a leak in the courtyard area, which resulted in some water on the kitchen floor, but the host assured us it would be addressed after our checkout. It was a small inconvenience and didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the space. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!
