Beau logement et surtout une super hôte. Le logement est idéalement placé, très pratique, tous les équipements nécessaires et une belle vue. Un tarif ultra compétitif pour la qualité et l’emplacement du logement. Kris a été super, très attentionnée, très réactive et très à l’écoute. Kris aime son île, la connaît bien, et pourra vous conseiller sur les incontournables à faire. Le logement est autonome et se situe dans la même résidence que Kris. Donc au moindre besoin vous aurez votre solution est c’est top! Une belle expérience et une belle découverte!

Nous avons été très satisfaits par notre séjour dans ce logement qui a dépassé nos attentes ! L’appartement est impeccable et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Nous recommandons ce lieu sans hésitation.

We spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it! The location is within walking distance to the beach (less than 5 minutes), restaurants, and a small grocery store. It's also just a short drive to the Pinel Island ferry and Grand Case. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - including beach towels and umbrella. There's also a pool and a restaurant on-site. Fabien was responsive, flexible, and answered all our questions promptly. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Orient Bay.

Sarah is a wonderful host. Her instructions were clear and she was very friendly. The house is like is shown in the pictures. Very stunning and peaceful view. Recommended 10/10

Ca été très agréable et très complet 2 pieces avec balcon vue sur piscine(tres bien entretenue) et très belle p'etit plage ainsi qu'un stationnement disponible ,..Les citoyens St Martin sont convivial sympathique accuillant ect... A quelques minutes du centre de Marigot ,nous trouvons Restaurants,boutiques, p'tits et grand epiceries ect... L'ile St Martin est très beau pays et les citoyens qui habitent ont de quoi être fiers...Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.. Bien a vous Daniel et Lyn(da)... Merci beaucoup aux popeietaires et a leurs hotesse Titi...A bientôt..

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans le logement d’Alexandrine ! Un vrai coin de paradis ! Le logement est conforme aux photos Cocon calme, intime et extrêmement bien placé ! Alexandrine a été une super hôte, très réactive et de conseils précieux pour profiter de l’île au maximum Je recommande ce logement sans aucune hésitation!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Aquamarine, very well appointed with an extremely convenient location within a community full of amenities and restaurants. Orient Beach is just a short 5 minute walk away and Christine and Alexandre were attentive to all our concerns and needs, will definitely recommend and stay here again.

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much ( considering returning next year to the same place). Ophelie was very patient giving us directions and meeting us for check in. She even gave us a sweet gift of jellies and some water and soda to begin our stay. Lovely place and lovely host!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'endroit est magnifique au bord d'une plage de sable, très calme et tranquille. La vue est magnifique depuis le balcon. Le logement est très propre et avec tout le confort pour un couple, il n'y manque rien, tout est conforme aux descriptions et photos. La piscine sur la plage est grande, très propre et calme, nous y étions souvent seuls. Il y a quelques commerces accessibles à pied en 5mn. Les instructions disponibles sont claires et notre hôtesse Anne-Sophie très proactive et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous recommandons cette location pour tous ceux qui ont envie de vacances sans soucis et dans le charme paradisiaque de cette magnifique ile des caraïbes.

This place was amazing! Stunning views from both the interior and the private balcony, conveniently located, easy to find, quiet and private gated complex with free parking and a pool onsite overlooking the water. The little kitchen was just right, the bed was comfortable, and the room darkening metal window shade was perfect for sleeping in. It was nice to have a washing machine and the thoughtful touches like the electrical adapters, bottle of wine, water, and sunscreen spray made this a great choice for my solo stay (first time). It was easy to walk down the street to a delicious bakery and to the Italian restaurant right next door with outdoor tables (some covered for whenever there is a short rain) right on the beach. The little grocery/gas station across the street was also really convenient. The hosts were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question, and there is a rental car place right down the street. I could go on and on about how excellent my stay was! Merci!

Just finished a 7 day stay at this unit & it was as advertised ! Great location with a wonderful beach directly behind us! Wonderful restaurants in Grand Case & it was easy to travel around St. Martin from this location! Please rent a smaller car as it’s helpful. Parking was easy for our unit. Alexandra & Fanny were very helpful & answered all communication quickly. We will be back !

The place was in a stunning location, the view was unreal, better than any photo could capture. The beach was very private and right outside the door. If you enjoy walking along the beach you can walk down and see many different views of the island. The area was a quiet part of the island not very much going on, there are a few restaurants, a bakery, gas station and grocery store within 5-7 mins walking distance. Most of the things to do are in the busier areas of the island, I think a car is definitely needed to explore. Overall the place was great if you are looking for a quiet place to relax with great views and don’t mind driving 10-20 mins to get to places. The only real downside to the place is that the front sliding door is hard to open from the outside and it is heavy it didn’t affect our trip but maybe good to know for some people. I would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again.

Super séjour. Nous avons adoré. Diane nous a fourni de très bons conseils et suggestions. L’appartement était super avec beaucoup d’intimité et une vue incroyable sur l’océan. Tout était propre et fonctionnel. Un endroit exceptionnel pour vivre la vie de St-Martin. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Stayed here for 5 nights and just loved everything about it! Cathy met us to give us the keys and made sure we knew how everything worked! Super stylish, cozy and peaceful! Close to the beach and restaurants and the snorkeling equipment and beach chairs/ umbrella were great touches!
