Gordon was very helpful example we needed an iron as it was a business trip and he went out on short notice and purchased one for us. The house and property are beautiful. We had a perfect stay there and highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely a dream. The bridesmaids of my wedding and I stayed here & it was simply perfect. Such a beautiful location.

Had the best weekend getaway with my girlfriends! 🥳 The hosts were amazing—super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was exactly as described, which was such a relief. We did have a tiny hiccup with a leaky toilet, but no biggie. We got to meet Skipper, who came over right away to fix it. Seriously, he's got the best “poppy” vibes and was so friendly. This spot was perfect for us gals who just wanted to kick back, relax, and indulge in some serious snacks. 🍕🍷 The swim spa across the way was a fun add-on! We didn’t check it out until the second night, and we regret not going sooner. It’s such a cool addition with a little changing room and a bathroom for convenience. Thoughtful touches like that made it even better. Highly recommend this place for a laid-back, fun escape! ✨

The location close to MUN was convenient yet tucked out of the way enough to be fairly quiet. Brian met us at the house for check-in and was both friendly and helpful. The house is nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. We would happily stay there again!

I've stayed in Karen and Shane's lovely home several times now, and as always, they were great hosts, responding very quickly and helpfully to any questions I had! Their house is so comfortable to stay in - very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and relaxing - and located in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood that's also close to amenities, beautiful Bowring Park, and just a short cab ride to downtown.

We stayed with our two dogs, for a long weekend getaway. Michael was very responsive when we had questions, and the place was exactly as described. It is very spacious, cozy, and felt like home - when we first walked in, we commented on clean it smelled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and being only a 17 minute walk from our dinner reservations downtown. We have actually booked another stay already with Michael and Barbara in another of their Airbnb properties, for a few months from now. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting St John's with a dog or large group. One small note about the dogs - the yard is not securely fenced, so we brought long lines to keep our dogs secure. Thank you Michael and Barbara!

Beautiful home in lovely St John. It was a short but wonderful trip, & the home was a perfect resting place. Much appreciated. Just as pictured & close to all the places you’d want to check out nearby. Definitely recommend. Hopefully we get a chance to visit again. It’s well worth it

We just had an incredible and relaxing stay at Northern Bay Beach House. From the initial booking to check-out Amanda was an excellent host. She was always quick to respond and accommodating no matter what came up! Check in instructions were clear and we had no problem getting in. When we opened the door we were greeted by a stunning and incredibly clean property that was at least as beautiful as in the pictures if not more. It was pretty Cole the couple of days were there so I couldn’t really take full advantage of the stunning property so, we are already talking about having to book again in the summer!

Great place to stay in Placentia for our group of six. Centrally located, clean, lots of room and quiet. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne and Jamel’s beautiful house. It is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in . Everything you need is provided including a lovely welcome basket with wine and treats. The upgrades to the home are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There was lots of room for our large group of 14. We are already looking forward to our next stay!
