Brooke’s place is clean, well priced and in a great location. The indoor water park was a great way to unwind, and we also really enjoyed the paddle boats and arcade! This was a great stay and we look forward to doing it again soon!

Host was very responsive and helpful. The unit was beautiful and spacious. Only thing I can say we didn’t like was probably the seating in the tv/family room. The two couches were smaller and didn’t allow for all of us to sit comfortably. The table and kitchen are spacious and we were able to have meals and game night at the table with room to spare. There was plenty of storage everywhere with the kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and bedroom dressers. Overall we were very happy with this unit and would absolutely stay again. The location and amenities are really top notch and hard to beat. We were able to enjoy the large outdoor pool, indoor water park, daily activities with the clubhouse, and fishing. Best part, it was never crowded. Even with other families and groups, it never felt crowded at any spot. Beach parking was convenient and never filled up but no wash station/shower at beach. However, Condo Unit had an outdoor shower/ wash station i front of building.

Our stay was wonderful. My grandkids and the adults with us all loved the pools, arcade and playgrounds. It made gathering up to go to the beach hard because the resort was so much fun. So glad we found this place and will come back some day. Out of everything the only thing that didn't make it perfect was all the stairs to climb to our condo. But look, we all survived to tell about how much fun we had! The staff was excellent and Ryan our host was amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was cozy and comfortable. We would love to book again in the future.

This property is located in a beautiful section of Duck. There are lots of amenities on the property to take advantage of. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops if you wanted but not congested. The unit has been updated and has the easiest access to the clubhouse (indoor pool and rec-room). Staff on site is super friendly with a weekly list of activities for all ages, like tye dyeing, bingo, and movie night on the pool deck (which was really cool). We were pleased with Host Ryan's attentiveness throughout the whole rental process, front booking to departure.

Quiet area with a 1 minute walk to the Currituck Sound. Walk to the Ocean was about 15 minutes. The address did not say unit #6 which led me to introduce myself prematurely to neighbors as I walked up to a couple of screened in porches looking for a key pad. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet, out of the way spot. Spacious with three bedrooms and three baths.

I loved staying here for a last minute trip to the Outer Banks! Lisa was very professional, proactive, and attentive throughout the duration of my stay. She didn’t hesitate to reach out and let me know she was there for any questions or needs that may arise. The place was beautiful, clean, and served every need for a weekend getaway at the beach! Highly recommend staying here, I know I’ll be back!

We loved staying at Melanie’s place! It was just as described. We loved how close it was to many restaurants and shopping areas. We were able to walk to various restaurants in 2 nearby shopping centers. Melanie was very responsive to questions. It was plenty spacious for my husband and I. We would definitely stay again!

We spent a very cozy March weekend here. The space is inviting and well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable (firm, not saggy). The owners were helpful, proactive and responsive. It was great to have a beach pass we could use, since none of the beaches in Duck are public - and we appreciated the local recommendations for food, etc.

Fantastic location! Right next to the beach, pool, tennis courts and about 1/2 mile walk to town. The place exactly matched the description on ABNB. We would 100% stay again! Note: The bunk beds are only big enough for 5'8" and under and are located in the hallway from the bedroom to the kitchen. The host Jennifer was super proactive.

Enjoyed our stay in very well kept and well equipped condo. Short walk to great beach. Very attractive decor with a nice pool setting. We used the shaded porch every day. Nice new appliances that worked very well.

Great place to stay! Ocean views were wonderful and walk to restaurants and shopping was easy and quick. Condo renovation was well done and everything was clean and neat. If I go back to OBX would definitely stay there again.

Cathi is a wonderful host. She is very responsive, friendly and helpful. She gave us tons of recommendations and helped with everything we needed. The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was short and we were able to go back and forth to the condo quite easily for forgotten items! Lovely, large pool. The amenities of the property were fantastic. We would gladly return and stay here again,

Just as described! Very short walk to the beach at maybe 400 yards. Area was very quiet and no issues with neighbors. Spacious parking in the carport. The home was very clean. The style of the home was outdated, but it was a great place to lay our heads. We were delayed getting in home by an hour due to the cleaning. Home was clean, but the cleaning smell was very strong. Everything was furnished that we needed, no issues finding anything. It would have been nice to know that the home had a grill outside the carport.
