My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

The place was fabulous! Walking distance from the beach, clean, bigger than I thought it was, host was wonderfully responsive. Thank you for the beautiful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Lorena’s beach bungalow with our daughters (6 and 9 years old). The interior is lovely. Care was given to filling the drawers with books and games. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer were large and efficient. La Bella Beach House is a short walk from the beach. Lorena has a shed stocked with all the beach essentials from chairs and umbrellas to boogie boards and sand toys. The pool was nice to have as well. Check in and communication with Lorena was a breeze. It was if we had been there many times before. All around, we had a great visit.

This was a wonderful Air bnb. We especially loved the location. Lots of windows to take advantage of the amazing views. Clean and comfortable studio; very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while in town for the Coast Guard marathon! There are two beds out in the open but they’re on opposite sides of the apartment so they don’t feel too exposed. The kitchen is spacious and they had great recommendations posted on the wall for where to eat and what to do. The location couldn’t be better, right on the water front and only a 3 minute walk from the start line! We’ll definitely stay again next year.

Great little spot in downtown Elizabeth city, right on the water and walkable to many restaurants. Comfortable place to be with several people. No kitchen amenities but there is a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Had a great stay and will definitely book again in the future

We had a wonderful stay in Elizabeth City! It really made our vacation to have such a spectacular base. The condo was amazing- it looked like the pictures, was spacious and had a wonderful view! Downtown was in close proximity- making it so convenient to eat and shop at local places!

I had a great stay here. Would recommend and will be back. VERY clean, even the outdoor spaces. Linens were very nice, felt great to crawl into at end of day after beach combing. Plush blankets for coziness were really nice and soft, great while lounging on comfortable living room sofa set. Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the water view, great sunsets. Laundry in basement was such a nice convenience and host leaves out some pods and sheets for you. Plenty of dishes and cookware in kitchen, had more than enough and I used a lot. Just ran 'em through dishwasher before the end of my stay. Refrigerator is new, fancy. Fridge and freezer temp adjustable by push button feature. Thermostat was easy to control/worked well. Neighbors to right are residents, and they are very friendly. Parking convenient in driveway carport and turnaround makes it convenient. Slight street noise, but nothing that won't melt away as you relax. TV in main is massive and worked well. Love the town. 👍🐕❤️

River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

Such a lovely property with everything available to make you feel right at home. Very clean and comfortable. The sunsets are truly amazing!

We have stayed in a lot of AirB&B’s and VRBO’s over the years and we have never been in a home that had so much potential to be a superb destination!!!! We had an amazing stay at this place with a group of friends for the weekend. Their house was thoughtfully decorated and spacious for all of us. We will be back. Currituck trading post, pass the salt and Morris Farms were all great experiences in the local town.

Our stay in Corolla was our first visit to the Outerbanks. It was everything we had hoped for due in part to the great accommodations. We will absolutely be back for another stay.

Absolutely loved the home! My friends and I had so much to do with all the extra amenities. Great for families and such easy access to downtown! Will definitely book again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all it’s a beautiful house, well kept. Areca is always reachable and prompt with her responses. Baring few minor issues like door locks not working, we had a pleasant experience. Note: being a house next to backwaters you will find few guests (spiders and roaches) at times (especially night), there is no way to control them in my view, they have pest control done but still expect them to be around.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Salty Sunrise. Boon was an incredible host who was quick to respond with any questions we had. Very cozy condo with an excellent view in a great resort community that hosted several events for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to staying at your home again in the future. 5 stars!

We loved our stay here! Nicely appointed condo with a beautiful view! The proximity to the beach was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We spent a very cozy March weekend here. The space is inviting and well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable (firm, not saggy). The owners were helpful, proactive and responsive. It was great to have a beach pass we could use, since none of the beaches in Duck are public - and we appreciated the local recommendations for food, etc.

Great place to stay! Ocean views were wonderful and walk to restaurants and shopping was easy and quick. Condo renovation was well done and everything was clean and neat. If I go back to OBX would definitely stay there again.

Cathi is a wonderful host. She is very responsive, friendly and helpful. She gave us tons of recommendations and helped with everything we needed. The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was short and we were able to go back and forth to the condo quite easily for forgotten items! Lovely, large pool. The amenities of the property were fantastic. We would gladly return and stay here again,

The condo is very nice, functional, and super well-equipped (it looks just like the photos). Brad is very attentive and responds quickly. The instructions for entering the apartment and for check-out were very clear and straightforward. The location is very close to the water park, and our kids loved visiting it. The only thing to keep in mind regarding the location is that it takes 22 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach, and approximately 30 minutes to get to the beaches in Duck

We loved our Christmas stay at Paul and Scot's. The condo is BEAUTIFUL. Even prettier than the pictures. It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Scot was very friendly and communicative. Overall an excellent experience.
