What a lovely location. We rented the lower unit, the entire house can be rented and what an amazing vacation that would be. Our apartment had everything we needed, we were hunkering down during a wild wind storm and had great views and a cozy space to ride out the storm.

We had a great stay. Accommodations were basic but had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable.

Cassandra’s spot was absolutely amazing and the perfect getaway. My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub with the most perfect views after spending the day south in the redwoods and hiking and exploring all the beaches. Would definitely come back again! 10/10 recommended. Side note: The driveway is a bit steep and not paved so when they say 4X4 is mandatory, believe it!

Gary's place was exactly as described and even more beautiful than the pictures show. The location (views of Battle Rock from the kitchen and balcony), bathtub, and quality furnishings make this spot a gem.

Enjoyed our stay in Brookings. The beaches and coastline are amazing! Quiet neighborhood and close to town, beaches and redwoods. Would definitely stay again.

We were looking for a location near the beach, within walking distance and this spot was perfect. Our side window looked directly over the ocean. Heaven! I loved all the little things Susan did to make us feel at home. At check in we had bananas, granola bars, microwave popcorn and coffee available. Inside our unit she had pancake mix, syrup, coffee and tea available. We felt like we stepped back in time with what appeared to be a former motel turned into individual rental units fully equipped with a kitchenette and back porch. Susan’s detail to lovely decor similar to my mom’s 70’s home was endearing. If you’re not looking for glammer and glitz but a comfortable, affordable beach front stay, this is a perfect spot.

This place is simply amazing! The view and location are unbeatable for exploring the southern coast. Barbara and Patrick were very welcoming and kind with plenty of suggestions for things to do/places to eat nearby. I loved my stay here!

me and my family loved this home. we felt rite at home it was nice waking up and seeing/ hearing the ocean the home was beautiful with everything we needed i will definitely be bringing my family back. also Sherri is one of the best host I have had we got into town early and she made arrangements so me and my family could get in a little early very friendly and helpful thank you again for this adventure with my family.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior, the interior is spotlessly clean, clutter free and comfortable. Right away we let out a sigh of relief! Beautiful view ( despite the construction), cozy beds, and access to the beach (though the trail is a bit rickety). Great visit for ourselves, a couple toddlers, and a dog. If we’re ever down this way again, we’d love to stay here again!

Relaxing, comfortable, conveniently located and just a nice vibe in the whole house. 5/5 stars. Now add in the hot tub and carport parking? This place breaks my scale at 7/5 stars. Coming back for sure

House was exactly as pictured and very comfortable and cleaned. Both Jim and Tenea were welcoming and friendly. Definitely will book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelican. It was fabulous to have the ocean views and being able to walk down to the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were three bedrooms; the master was large with its own bathroom and a king size bed, one room with two double size beds and the other room with a queen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. We watched movies on the large screen TVs. Hikes in the nearby Redwood state and national parks were closeby. The nearby towns had the groceries and restaurants we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area.

My family of 5 had a lovely stay at the Swell House. It was a perfect location, close to Harris Beach, and the bike path. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Ryan & Jessica were great hosts and the home itself was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you!!

If you have a decent size group, this place is totally worth it! Very cozy, and extremely peaceful. We had a short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! It would have been perfect!

Great place to stay! Everything you need within a few minutes drive. Beautiful view right out of the Goonies! We will definitely stay here again!

This place was so cool and had so much character! We loved the house plants, the big beautiful shower, and all the little extras like the arcade games, yoga mats, etc. There was a great view of the ocean from the big windows and the deck.

Love the property. We were coming in with a rental car so that was a lil crazy trying to register but everything worked out. The balcony was great and we enjoyed our time watching the pretty view.

Great place to stay with beautiful sunsets. Marcela is extremely responsive and helpful. The photos on the listing match what you see in person. Amazing views of the river and ocean. Grocery store is door to door 5 minutes away. The town itself is a nice little gem on the Oregon coast. Absolute reprieve from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities. Highly recommend staying here.

Upon first opening the door, we knew we were in for an amazing stay. The view, layout of the condo, cleanliness, and modern design were all things that were immediately noticeable and appreciated. The river view off the back deck was phenomenal. Sometimes pictures of rental properties make them look better than they actually are but this one is exactly like the pictures, new and pristinely clean. It was such a comfortable, refreshing stay that we were sad to leave it after calling it home for 4 days. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, do it! You’ll be glad you did.

Really great size house, comfy beds, comfy chairs in the living room, great size kitchen table, super clean, well stocked kitchen pots and utensils. The listing said shampoo/conditioner provided so I didn't pack any and what they provided was a handful of tiny hotel bottles. I would suggest either remove that from listed amenities or add the like pumps or something that hotels have installed in their showers. Also to note, the beach access is super close but you have to cross a bunch of logs so if you were physically disabled or on crutches etc etc it would be a real drag. So I would include that in the description to allow people to make fully informed decisions. Lovely home:)

This is a really beautiful condo with an epic view of the Oregon coast. The kitchen is very well appointed, better than most. Every room was impeccably cleaned and furnished for comfort. The location is near multiple places to go for adventure but you can also stay right there and enjoy your own private beach complete with a groomed trail to get you there. We travel frequently and often use Air B and B. This is, without doubt, among the very best!!
