Perfect sized place to stay for a couple days for our family of 4. Lovely views of the river, large king beds in both rooms, and well-stocked kitchen. Although we didn’t luck out with nice weather during our stay, we still had a great space for playing board games and hanging out with our kids.

This cute little cabin is nested on the hill above the resort has very beautiful views from the Jacuzzi! it has other cabins around it, but it's perfect for a couple, or family. The loft is small ceilings so watch your head. It's a cozy beautiful tiny house/cabin with excellent heat! It made us feel like home! Grounding Pizza is a must, and it's right across the street from the resort at bottom of hill :) This place is a must, if you're looking for a private getaway with your sweetie!

We enjoyed our stay at Carla’s place. The location was spectacular! The ocean and river views are incredible. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a memorable time. Thank you!

This was the perfect cabin for two people to get away and enjoy the weekend. Loved the private hot tub. Only negative we had was the gas furnace is pretty loud especially in the night. We just turned it off and it was fine . Overall a wonderful place and located perfectly between Brookings and Gold Beach

Great location - the view from the house was amazing and it was a short drive to town Only complaint is the heating - I stayed in winter and only part of the house would properly heat up. One part was warm, while the other was chilly. Other guests should know that the house is on a big hill

Very cozy! It was perfect for the one night we stayed! The only complaint was the bathtub drain was very dirty and the tub clogged as you showered, creating a bath. Other than that, everything was great!

The is a fabulous older vacation rental that just hit airbnb. For some reason they don’t have any pictures of the view or the gorgeous windows. The deck, kitchen, dining room, living room and sun room all have a view of the ocean with huge windows. We were pleasantly surprised by the ‘cabin’. We did all our cooking in a well stocked kitchen. There is a lovely restaurant at the entrance of the ‘resort’. We walked to the beach and explored all day. There are many hikes and beaches close. The rental is older and feels like a loving grandma let you stay in her place for the weekend. The beds are old and one room is small with a big bed. The beds are not uncomfortable just older mattresses. The pin ball didn’t work and does take quarters. There is a rooku tv for streaming in the living room. The heaters worked great for us in a rainy December. We stayed toasty. The location is fabulous. Sweet neighbors and we enjoyed the local restaurant vibe! Bring coffee and filters as previously stated

We loved this little cabin and the layout it had with multiple decks and viewpoints. The hot tub was the star of our show and we enjoyed a lot of time there! Perfect for a couple to escape the reality of life for a few days. ❤️

Great location, private, beautiful land, walk to the beach!

The place was perfect! We fell asleep to the sound of the rain falling on the trees and enjoyed the hot tub repeatedly. The kitchen almost had everything we needed to BBQ steaks and make breakfast each morning. We can't wait to come back....soon!!!

The cabin was cute and cozy, nice and clean and close to town. Definitely will be booking in the future.

This was a quaint escape into the trees! We loved the bath tub and the living room. It was cozy and easy to access beautiful trails. The bath tub fills slowly and runs out of hot water if 2 people take a bath back to back, but the water is from a well under the home and there was signage. We also loved the book of things to do and recommendations. Awesome place, worth the money! Responsive hosts. Also, the heat really worked for those cold rainy nights. Will be back again!

The absolute perfect spring break getaway location. We were looking for a private, comfortable place to stay to explore the Southern Oregon coast, and this lived up to that and much more. Highly highly recommend!

The host was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We ended up needing to change our dates slightly at the last minute due to extreme weather warning. Patrick made this easy for us. Location is beautiful and easy to get to. One thing to note is that the loft has low ceilings. We had a great stay, and we would stay there again.
